They don’t clean the room every day
It’s dirty we found bedbugs. The rooms are dirty. The front desk did change our room. Even that Room the day or check out I seen a bug in the shower. I didn’t even complain at that point I left.
Room was dusty, with a weird smell, hallway and elevator too, not enough bathroom supplies
The hotel was so old in the inside it looked like a hotel from the 80s there was no room service or free breakfast like all the other holiday inn hotels our room was supposed to have a view but all we could see was the ugly building right at our window the couches were dirty the carpets were dirty and the tub was gross

Our Stay was ok but I would not go again. Once we got our room keys and went to our room, it didn’t open. Like it was jammed. I went down again to talk to someone and they told me to Pull the handle up to open. Why wouldn’t you tell me this dumb thing before? We were 4 people and there were only 1-2 towels. After asking for 2 more towels, we got only 1. And the fire alarm kept going on. All the guests were evacuated twice because the fire alarm went off
The location was perfect for easy access to the sights at Niagara Falls.
Quite frankly I want a refund. Im mad that I spent $300 on a mediocre room with no towels that took over a hour to receive when asking for them 3 different times along with a blanket. Not to mention hotel evacuation two times due to fire alarms. I chose this hotel because the restaurant and arcade which both were terrible. Next time ill just spend the $50 more and go somewhere else. Wont be returning
The hotel was in a great location, staff was extremely friendly, and Anchor Bar attached was so convenient.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It’s close to everything, we were able to walk to all the main attractions. Comfy bed, and friendly staff.
2 hours after check in time room still wasnt ready. Couldnt even check in. Another persons trip was closed out before they checked out, constant complaints of no towels
The room was really dirty but the management staff was very kind and addressed my issues immediately
On the second day, the toilet got clogged (for no reason) and the bathtub filled with water when taking a shower
If I am going to get COVID-19 during my travels it would be from my stay here
Property appears to be outdated especially rooms that do not appear as the photos online
