Did not get requested room type when we had clearly asked for King bed well in advance

Charged me 11 dollars for parking even though no where on the Orbtiz site it was mentioned. Parking is cheaper outside. They were rude. Didn't even give me 10 mins to additional check-out time not allowed me to check-in 10 mins before. Hotel had no microwave. The room was okay but the bed had sharp open corners and I almost cut my self twice.

The pool was out of order for a day and half the hallway roof was leaking and there was buckets to catch the water for three days ,we were on the third floor and u look out the window all you see is the leaking roof and plastic on the roof not good

The best location on the American side of the falls. Rooms were clean and beds were very nice. Staff were adequate and wifi worked well.

Though advertising suggests that you get a room with a view all you see is mist and buildings obstructing the view of the falls. The in hotel restaurant food was subpar and no mention of available coupons for other food locations by the staff though directly asked. The hotel had buckets of water for roof leaks, in the middle of the lobby which obstructed pool access. very unsightly tables set up from a previous function were not dismantled for the 3 days I was there. Also the pool was small and dirty with no pool toys available for purchase or provided though they boast kids come first on website. Overall disappointed.

Great staff, great location, clean! Need we say more.

The location was great - we walked everywhere with ease! The staff were great! We don't usually interact with the staff much because we like to come and go unnoticed. However, we showed up right behind a bus load of tourists and they allowed us to use the service elevator so we didn't have to wait. And they were great with directions and any other thing we asked. The only disappointing thing is that the condition of the room - it is showing its age and lack of TLC through the years. I feel like this has been the case with the last few Holiday Inns we have stayed in and it is too bad.

The visit to Niagara Falls was outstanding, including the stay at the hotel. The staff was professional and accommodating. The location was in walking distance to most of the tours and sites. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Wifi signal was excellent throughout the hotel.

Overall not bad. The room had a strange smell. Almost like faint smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room.

Staff very friendly and nice, well located, I will go back

I have stayed in many Holiday Inn and this is the worst I stayed in. Key factors: 1) Parking is $10.80 per night even for hotel customers seriously, one can get much cheaper parking down the street. 2) WI-FI they claim there is a WI-FI but we were never able to connect to it, probably its stealth. 3) Staff: Staff is ok but they kept on telling me that facilities are there not able to find where. 4) Room Condition: A/C duct was broken and flab was hanging out. Rooms are outdated and specially washroom. 5) You can certainly get better place at the high price. Never gonna stay again there.

Was not given the room that was reserved ? The check in girl, Raina was horrible and had a nasty disposition. She said.... Next time don't use Orbitz! The day time was was much friendler.

The bed was in a hold no microwave in the room for us to get a microwave we have to pay $20 a night the picture on the profile was t the same as the

Staff were friendly, helpful, & professional. Hotel is right across the bridge from Goat's Island and it's only a short walk to the Falls. Very convenient if you're in town to see Niagara Falls! The Culinary Center is w/n walking distance too & is a great option for travelers wanting more options for food.

everything was ok. only their wifi is really really bad.

Room was not clean, beds are old and smell bad also carpets are too old.

Receptionist was rude, unfriendly & unprofessional. There were no please, no thank you in her sentences. Gives us the impression her last job was as a prison warden!

Hotel was walking distance from the falls and from other attractions. Room was clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel offered plenty of close by parking. Would stay there again.

The hotel offered a little bit more than I expected. The staff was very concern about us and very helpful.

The staff were friendly and efficient the room was roomy, comfortable and very clean. The pool was immaculate and the perfect temperature. They are really trying and made it a great stay. Location is perfect for easy access to the Falls. We went to Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds and loved them. Lots of work going on to improve the park. If I had one area that could use improvement, it would be the speed of the elevators, but not a big deal. My previous 2 trips to the Falls were on the Canadian side and it's always been said it's preferable. Well, I say give the New York side a try... we weren't and we don't think you would be disappointed.
