We didn’t have many options since all hotels were full on Labor Day weekend, and we needed to stay for 2 nights. The room was spacious. Although it was recently remodeled, it was not clean. Several towels had hair on them. The ice bucket had mold growing on the lid. The shower was not clean. We originally booked for two nights, but decided to check out after one night. The hotel charged us an extra fee and told us to talk to Orbitz. We called Orbitz and were told to talk to the hotel. It was just not a pleasant situation.

So bad service very dirthy

This hotel was like from the 60s Everything is so omd it smells like mold This entire bldg needs a recontruction the walls are crack theres rust and mold everywere bathrooms are like 50 years old bathtub is stain black beds and bed sheets are stain and has ciggarrets burn the staff are creepy and has no manners this hotel gives you the feeling of a suicidal place is horrible Please do not stay there

With such a low budget, it's a good option. Breakfast wasn't bad either.

Its sad that the property was not well maintained. It looks like our room was not cleaned. The location was excellent, but the property is almost unlivable. ☹

So gross, so so so gross. Stains all over the comforter and sheets, shredded toilet paper on the bathroom floor, used soap sitting on the ironing board, parts of dead birds on the balcony, mold in the shower, stunk of smoking. Just sleep in your car

Room was nasty, no elevator, didn’t get to motel until about midnight after settled in my wife and myself got in the jacuzzi turned it on and 30 seconds later it shut off and wouldn’t come back on. Asked motel to give partial refund for jacuzzi not working, after they came in our room and verified it in deed wouldn’t work (they talked in Indian language so we didn’t know what they were saying, which I also thought was very rude) they said they would not offer a discount because we should have told them the night before and they would have switched us rooms. Problem with this is we had drove for 14 hours the day before, got in motel, unpacked all our luggage and settled in, by that time it was close to 2:00am, who wants to pack everything back up and move to another room at that time?? They wasn’t going to discount the room and they wasn’t going to refund our 2nd night because we wasn’t staying in this motel another night. Luckily we booked through Orbitz (best people ever, I’ve never had a problem that Orbitz didn’t fix), they called the motel while I was standing there and was able to get the motel to refund our second night, yes we overpaid for the first night being as the jacuzzi didn’t work but at least we were able to get a better motel for the 2nd night of our stay at Niagra! Thanks Orbitz!

Smell throughout hotel. Room floor n bed so smelly n dirty. Better to sleep in car than booking this useless hotel. Infact its worst than any c grade motel. Orbitz should stop listing this kind of hotel in website else may loose users.

I had the most terrible experience in America's Best Value Inn in Niagara Falls, This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The room that I had been given was filthy, stinking like hell and not cleaned at all as was indicated in the attached photos. I talked with the management to change that room but they were reluctant to do that. With no option left, I had to stay in that room with my wife for two days. That was definitely a nightmare for us.

Received a call from the hotel asking when we were going to check in because their check in time ends at 3 am (orbitz website says 5am) As soon as we walked in the lobby around 1:30 am there was a bad odor. We walked to the room there was odor of mildew. Old furniture. Behind one of the dresser there was trash. Bathroom not very clean. We left the next day in the morning came back around 6 pm and there was not room service. Bed still undone trash was still in trash can and no clean towels. Went to the lobby and the lady said "oh they forgot to go to your room I will take fresh towels" We went back to the room the was done, clean towels but she placed the dirty towels under the sink. The hotel is old but because is old it does not means it has to be dirty. Bad idea booking on the road and you are tired. Only good about this place is location. Orbitz should not have them on their website.

I was born and raise in Niagara Falls, New York and I remember when the hotel was the Howard Johnson‘s . While I was away on work related assignment . My home was broken into and I needed to stay somewhere until I could get the repairs done. I found this hotel for a very good rate. So I booked it. When I arrived, I was very disappointed in the room. The heater didn’t work the furniture in the rooms look like it came from a secondhand store , The carpet looked old and uncared for. When it was the Howard Johnson’s the rooms were beautiful and even some of the rooms had Jacuzzis. I must say though .....The receptionist was very professional and helpful she did give me another room but the heat in that one did not work either..... I wasn’t satisfy with the furniture in that room either. Again the furniture look like it came from a secondhand store . Unfortunately I couldn’t not get my refund to my credit card due to the policies of orbitz and the hotel arrangements...... I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you had no other choice

under the bed was very dirty, blankets had cigarette burn holes, shower was gross....breakfast was good but no english speaking people...pool was tiny but did not use....no no no never again here....AND WATCH YOUR STEP on the way in to lobby!!!!

Manager no smile. Fridge was broken but no replacement due to no staff after 4 pm. Bathtubs was dirty. Room was smelled. Breakfast was so bad with very poor quality food . No fruits not even banana.

I cannot believe that a hotel of such poor quality is on orbitz.

Blower is broke, cannot close the fridge, hallway is so hot. TV is crt. Location is great!
