The noise from the interstate was terrible in our room There was pounding with something that sounded like a hammer in the middle of the night
The breakfast had plenty of choices and the two ladies working the breakfast area were very pleasant.
The WiFi was out, so we had to do a manual check-in, but the person on the desk had a great attitude about it and was very helpful and professional. Kudos to her.

I found your customer service extremely poor , not friendly or helpful at all. I tried to report the noises coming from up floor , we couldn't sleep last night we stay there ..it was extremely loud ..I keep trying to reach you by call or message but didn't get any response.. we found a pile of garbage bags in hall , they stayed there for almost all day long.. it was not a pleasent stay unfortunately
Frank went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our breakfast. He meet us the first day at breakfast and by the second day he knew us by name and remembered what we liked at breakfast time. He made a waffle for my son when the machine didn’t work on the first time and remembered that he liked peanut butter on his waffle. This name desires acknowledgment! It was so nice to have a sit down, full breakfast ( not bagged/grab and go style). The front desk staff were very polite and welcoming, especially the lady who worked there on 10/21/21 at night and 10/22/21 at day. The hotel was CLEAN! Wow! This is very important to us.

Staff was super friendly. Property very tired and room didn’t feel very clean. Lack of staff hindered service. Staff that was there were very nice and friendly. Location of property was convenient but run down. Niagara Falls USA is run down.

Room was to close to expressway , noise from the traffic did not die down until after 11PM , making it hard to get any sleep. Woke up to traffic noise around 5:30 AM. Hotel room did have ear plugs which were of little use.
