Really good

This is a great little place for staying near Niagara on a budget, especially during the busiest seasons. The only thing I didn't like was that the woman at the front desk (owner maybe? At least part of the family who owns it) asked for paperwork for our service dogs, which isn't allowed, and she pressed about it. But she did let that go, and she was extremely nice and friendly otherwise. I love that this inn is family-owned. It gives off a friendly vibe. It isn't the cleanest or the best around, but it's definitely worthy of five stars for people who are staying on a budget. The family seems heavily involved and are all very nice people.

Wonderful courteous staff.

Fair. Price point. Old and looks like a few paint cans were openend and called 'redone'

It was ok

Terrible. My “non-smoking” room was an ash tray. My belongings and hair all smelled like smoke. The place is falling apart. Not worth $120/night. No ice machine.

I booked the room 2 hours in and Vance. I showed up and saw the property and did not want to stay even without checking in. I wanted to cancel the reservation but hotel refused to return my money. So I decided to leave even I lost my money.

It was handy for where I wanted to be, but a sit run-down and outdated.

Nice place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable

We got two connecting rooms. Which was nice because it was two separate families with one kid. They accommodated us well and made sure we had what we needed. I only wish it was closer to the Falls.

on the first night I got room where restroom was not in living conditions at all: Ventilation fan instead of sucking air - pump inside hot air.... lol...but honestly it's not funny, Toilet is shaking... add to this that air conditioner was super noisy and there was not screen on the windows - I end up that I wake up in the morning completely sweaty. Just on second night I got normal room.... but 50% of my vacation was wasted
