Air conditioning not working in one of the room and after calling to help desk, it started and off again in 15 minutes so we are out of air conditioning and heating overnight. We took second room for kids and they gave us disable room , and shower in the room not working properly. So overall worst experience for the us as night person or the morning person was so unprofessional and iresponsive to solve the issue.

I checked in and had to asked for another room right off because of the amount of mold in the tub, toilet and sink. The second room had mold in bathroon too. You could actually smell it if you left the room for a bit and the went in bathroom. Breakfast was bad if you are vegetarian. There was no bedbug protection on bed or pillows. I also wish i would had check other review sites before booking like google then just looking at Orbitz.

We were there for a college visit and decided to visit Niagara Falls. Nice hotel facilities for an inexpensive price. We definitely took advantage of the pool, their exercise room and of course free breakfast. Plus, the room was spacious for us four. You do have to pay a parking fee but was worth it. It was walking distance from the falls and like two blocks from the casino. Would stay there again. Plus the staff was attentive and nice.

Parking fee to stay at the hotel was a bad start. The hotel pool had vomit around the edge. Hotel staff was unaware of the issue. The breakfast was underserved, unavailable and disappointing. Hotel room was not properly setup when we arrived.

decent price about what you should expect for 120
We arrived check in was smooth, the lobby was clean. $10 for parking seemed pricey but ok. We stayed for proximity to the falls so I consider parking a wash since it was walking distance. The room was very dust. There was dust behind the fixtures and the heater/fan unit was very dirty. My son is very sensitive to dust and allergens it caused his sinuses to go crazy. Room was very loud also. It sounded like the people above us were coming through the roof. Pool was very chlorinated and the breakfast was sub par. But again I believe it was worth the price

It was an average stay. We stayed for 3 nights, no house cleaning came to our room. Our room was on the first floor and when you left the room onto the corridor you were over looking the front desk so we could hear all the noise from reception, one male on reception was always singing which could be heard in the bedroom. Breakfast was good. Nice area and places to eat close by
