The hallway smells, the carpet is old and smelly. We called the front desk cause of loud noises and people in the hallway and elevator from 1am till 2:30.. non stop and they can’t do anything about it. Very poor customer service.

Great stay can walk to all attractions. Pool and Hot tubs were clean and very nice indoor heated pool was refreshing. Would stay again for sure.

I liked location and easy access to surrounding attractions. We stayed 3 nights so it would have been nice to have toom cleaned after night 2 as no extra towels and trash was an issue.

This hotel is terribly ran down. The hotel rooms were so dirty I wouldn’t let my son play on the floor. This hotel needs to be updated and for what they charge a night I don’t understand where the money is going. Our floor was leaking water from underneath the rug when I put a towel down to try to soak it up it was dark brown water. The shower door wouldn’t even open and close half the time and the swimming pool has a ring of dirt around it. Totally disgusting and to top off the trip try adding 20 a night for parking and 10 a night for the “amenities” I’ll never stay here again.

The front desk lady was very cordial, efficient and accommodating. Her name tag was Jan’ell and she is a jem. We arrived very early and went to store our bags until the check in time. Jan’ell took my cell phone number and texted me when our room was ready before noon.

This hotel had the most to offer in the area. Which isn’t saying much, but I’m sure it’s due to covid. The pool walls were black. The shower walls were moldy. I can see where this is normally a nice hotel. But like everyone else, staffing is short and it’s evident here.

Not worth the $$

Maintained like a motel. Sheets and mattresses stained very badly. No room service. Smelled smoke in places

This is the second year in a row we stayed here...we love how close it is to the falls...it houses the Rainforest cafe...which our 5 year old loved

I don't like the hidden charges, the hotel was dirty and the view of my room terrible, who wants to see out the window the roof of the building? Very expensive for the service, it’s outdated.. only good thing swimming pool

We enjoyed restaurants, pool, and the convenience.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was very clean.
