Not that good they need to chenge floor carpet and also need to use while lilen on mattresses.

Our room had filthy walls, every wall but closet, and lots of filth. I didn’t want to touch anything. One wall had a hole and had a sanitary pad stuffed in it. The shower wall, which are newer but lacks grout, also had filth on it. The bathtub was clean. The tv had nice channels. The sink was clean but was old with burn marks. The only housekeeping we had was our garbage can emptied. The bed was not made.

this motel look like it was from a horror show, the owner says he's seasonal and you can surely tell. the beds are horrible, the whole room is horrible. I was honestly afraid to leave my dog in the room alone. and staff...….the re is no staff! please whatever you do, don't waste your hard earned money here there are several motels next door, across the street, choose one of those!

Rooms are dirty, no proper maintenance, No internet access

bathroom door not locking, very smelly, wall socket not working.breakfast only couple of piece of bread.

Dirt smells all over Dirty. Nasty. .

Sheets were dirty and holes were in the ceilings. When we checked out we seen the cleaners redo the beds without putting new sheets on. So gross. Our sheets weren't clean and hair was on them as well

the motel is not in great shape our room was clean but little to no hot water in the shower . The television, heat and mini fridge are all plugged into one 6-pack extension and if the heat and television are on at the same time it trips the sensor.. we slept with the heat off on a cold night just because we were afraid of fire... the manager just said okay when we told him the next morning. Despite being located next door to a well known Donut chain the "breakfast in the lobby" consisted of really really bad coffee and dry stale donuts purchased from a grocery store.... the price was the only good thing about this place but we will not stay there again.

We were at Niagara in July 2012 and had to spend a night at this place. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children. We checked in pretty late (@ 11pm). The lighting in the room was inadequate. There were a couple of lights that would not work. The bathroom door could not be closed. The A/C was working but was ineffective even at the lowest setting and it was not a hot day when we stayed. The ceiling had patches dirty & broken. The microwave & refrigirator worked, so that was good. The beds were ok.

Good value for the stay. The room and hotel is in fine location.

The room had two bulbs not operating when we entered. But that was quickly sorted out by the authorities. The breakfast and coffee / drink was not that extensive; that was fine for us.

Room was really small.. was clean though... Breakfast consisted of bagels, donuts, oatmeal cookies n muffins with coffee & tea.. I expected much more than this.. definitely not worth the amount i paid ($133/night).. I will look for some other place next time.. The owner was helpful and friendly.

Great location.. all eateries less just blocks from the hotel. And very near from the Falls. No non-sense and timely response to requests. The breakfast they provide is great to start the day fresh. Room is clean for a good night sleep.

I would never go there again. - Very substandard hotel - Bathroom door was not closing - Bathroom was in real poor condition - Room was very small

manager informed me of the activities and stores, mall and resturants in the area. staffs were good cleaning the room at my stay there. breakfast did have much but ate out was fun and could walk there. needs to be updated being that it small business. but would returned. we done sightseeing at the falls and the amusement park was really fun spend the day there for our reunion.

We stayed here between visits to Niagara Falls NY and Grand Island NY. The location was perfect for getting to both destinations in a matter of minutes. As for the motel, you get what you pay for. All we needed was sleep and showers. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were fine and we had a great stay for a good price. If you want all the fancy stuff then go pay more but if you just need a nice place to sleep and get going in the morning, you can't beat this place!

it was okay for the price I paid

Not Good for family. Very small room. Bathroom is very old and non stop water dripping in the bath tub. Room was dirty, bed sheet had some spots. Room phone was not working at all.Overall not good for the price i paid. Staff was friendly.
