Great value and clean updated property. Happy the swimming pool was available for use, we used it both days with the kids. Not sure if check in was 3pm or 4pm though.

We were led to believe the motel was updated. Our room had chipped walls in the bathroom and some molding coming off near the refrigerator. The refrigerator did not have a freezer. People traveling need to keep color packs cold. We then had to fill bags of ice for traveling. The motel decided, a few days before a holiday weekend to recoat half the parking area - the handicap area. Not smart.

This hotel was nice and convenient for our visit to Niagara Falls. The staff was very nice. Upon arrival, our friends who checked in before us warned us of roof leak issues in rooms on the top floor. The front desk staff walked me to my assigned room to check it prior to me accepting the room. All other staff was friendly as well, including breakfast staff. The only downfalls were that the hallway carpet could use a cleaning & the pool was being used one evening we were there for swim lessons, making it unavailable to hotel patrons. We would stay here again.
The indoor pool was a GREAT touch! Property is just a few miles from Niagara Falls. EXCELLENT staff, friendly. The wifi was a hassle, losing connection each night & having to reboot computers, tablets, phones, etc... Almost missed a meeting trying to get back on the system.
I booked two suites at this hotel, and while the beds were comfortable, there were issues with both rooms. One did not have a toilet paper holder and the roll was just sitting on the handicap bar, the other had a steady leak in the shower that no matter how tight the valve was "closed" it would leak. Floor 4 is ideal as the rowdy drunks elected to cause a ruckus on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was ok, but the area to get your food was extremely small. Overall would i stay here again? Yes, in a pinch.
The staff was awesome! Extremely thoughtful, kind and very helpful. My stay was wonderful all three nights, I highly recommend!
Close to thruway and many main roads
This is a nice hotel. I did have to ask for a room change because the previous occupant smoked in the room we were initially assigned to. They were very accommodating and apologetic about the previous occupant. The room we were reassigned to was excellent. The entire facility is smoke free, so it wasn’t surprising to me to see someone affiliated with the hotel smoking a cigarette about 15 feet out from the front entrance. The hotel is located in what once was a heavily industrial area that has recent and continuing evidence of gentrification. As such, don’t expect a “view” from any point on the premises. It was easy to get to Niagara Falls by car from this location.

Newer very clean. They had a nice grab and go breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful. It is right off of the highway and 10 minutes to the falls. It is close to the outlet mall.
Room was extremely dirty. Check-in staff was rude.
