Flights Review

Feb 12, 2020

I volunteered to move up on return flight from EWR to SDF and flight staff was extremely accomodating. I mentioned to my seat mate that I was starving, and the next thing I knew the flight attendant handed me extra snacks (before the plane even taxied to the runway!) I am very impressed with United and will try to book all of my future flights through United!

No hot coffee or hot tea

Oct 17, 2019

One of the staff went over and beyond - 40’s Asian female who was wonderfully helpful and cheerful. The other, red hair, tall and Caucasian seems to hate her job. Did not bring me napkins after I asked (my coffee went flying in some intense turbulence, and as deplaning I caught my roller bag on the seat as the walk zigzagged a bit btwn coach and business, she scoffed and rolled her eyes at me! This person is not in the correct role, interacting with others. Surely there is another place at Delta where she could thrive. I. Her current role she is actually hurting Delta. You are still my very favorite airline. PLEASE add direct SDF to JFK. The construction for next few years at LGA is and will continue to be a nightmare.

Boarding for military should be active duty and retirees. I'm sure that giving to all veterans would be a stretch, but sacrificing 20 years of service should account for something. Someone serving approx. 1 year of service should not be go before someone who has served 20 years.

Very easy to fly

Jun 30, 2018

Good flight overall. The only concerns I ever have are related to legroom for general seats (especially when someone in front reclines). Of course I could pay extra but nowadays extra room is under the guise of "consumer choice." Again, aside from that, it was a good flight.
