Dec 31, 2018

We both had seats that other people were sitting on. In other words we had people that should had been on bigger seats. Very uncomfortable with the money we paid extra to choose our seats. It was too uncomfortable to enjoy our ride to Vegas from Atlanta. The staff was great and the check in had no problem. It was the seats and we had planned this trip for a while. We both had end seats and could not even put the arm rests down.

I was very upset due to an error with Orbitz and myself I had booked 2 flights and thought I cancelled one. I ended up paying for both since I purchased a budget ticket. Bummer, went to see my sick Mom. Ashley saw me board, and kindly brought me tissues. Best treatment ever!
