No delays was a welcome change from many of my AA experiences
was a great flight
I was mostly happy with my flight, however I did have a question and a comment. When I ordered coffee, twice they put the creamers and stir stick in a plastic cup. That seems like a waste and I would encourage you to do that a different way. They could have just handed me the creamers and stir stick. I did not need the cup with them. Even if the cups are recyclable, and I am not sure if they are, it is better not to use them in the first place. Also, the woman next to me needed a seatbelt extender, put the armrest up, and took about a third of my seat. I feel that it would have been better if she had Two seats. My flight was somewhat uncomfortable because of that. I was pushed to the very edge of my seat. On a positive front, the gate attendant in Louisville was very helpful. I had lost my ID and as the plane was boarding, I was paged to a different date to pick it up. She asked for my name, and held the plane open until I rushed back. The flight depart on time. Thank you to her.
The turbulence was really bad because of the storms but the flight attendants and captain handled everything very well. I'm happy that it was easy to board the flight and everything was on time and I made it there safely.
Seats very close together and I’m only 5’5”. I really feel sorry for taller people.
I love flying with Aer Lingus. Best airline ever!!!
Not terrible not outstanding
No meal on 4.5 hour flight!! Why?
Happy with everything except a cell phone was left on this flight and we’ve yet to get it back.
I was surprised snack and beverage were not servers - only water provided - my American flight out provided beverage and snack ( short flight)
