The new American Airlines plane we took from Charlotte to Buffalo ~ not enough leg space
My JFK to BUF flight was the best. Flight attendant viewed my seat and noted I would be cramped to sit next to a very big and tall gentleman. She directed to me to another seat with more room without saying a word to embarrass either one of us.
Suggest that they wipe down the seats, the trays, the armrest, and the seatbelt clips between each flight With Lysol wipes.
Very helpful and kind to disabled passengers. Made sure everything was easy and comfortable
Couldn’t get on wifi on the flight
Had to take everyone off the plane and fix a part. Delayed flight, but the staff at the gate were great about keeping us informed. Staff on the plane weren't very friendly.
Attendant advised my tight connection was delayed, so I did not need to rush/ worry. Very nice process
Enjoyed the flight
good leg room
I have hypoglycemia and became sick halfway through the flight. The staff was very attentive and helpful until we landed, even setting things so if we had to end our trip and return home, fortunately we were able to continue and they made sure I arrived at my connecting flight on time after being seen by paramedics upon disembarking.
When you fly to Buffalo New York, you will have arrived in one of premier destinations of upstate New York, known for its early to mid-century buildings, like City Hall and the Liberty Building, and for its museums, especially the Buffalo Museum of Science and the Albright Knox Art Gallery. Buffalo also provides its many visitors with plentiful culinary and cultural opportunities, including fine dining downtown and the National Buffalo Wing Festival.
Many first time visitors who fly to Buffalo New York are struck by the magnificent skyscrapers that adorn the skyline of the city, with the Art Deco City Hall and the Liberty Building among them. The City Hall building is one of the tallest municipal buildings in the US and among the most-photographed sites in Buffalo. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The nearby Neoclassical Liberty Building is topped by two replicas of the Statue of Liberty. The statues were added after World War I. Visitors with an interest in history should also visit the Buffalo and Erie County Naval and Military Park. Several museum-ships are located here, including the ship USS The Sullivans, named for the family that inspired the story behind Saving Private Ryan.
When you fly to Buffalo New York, you will arrive at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF), which also has convenient access to the Niagara Falls area. Because the airport is 11 miles from the city center, renting a car or taking a taxi is recommended, although reliable bus service is also available.
