Flights Review

Mar 13, 2020

Due to coronavirus concerns I was hoping for an earlier flight than I was scheduled, so I went to the desk and gave it a shot. Fully understanding Delta had no obligation to help me the girl at the desk couldn't not have more professional, empathetic and helpful. Due to purchasing the tickets through an online travel agent my ticket had many restrictions including changing flights. But after some trying she was able to do it and get me home safely to my family at a much more convenient and reasonable hour! Ty!
