Bags too expensive
AA changed my seat on my return flight from an aisle seat to a middle seat. Didn’t like that, thumbs way down.
Sat like sardines in a can. Not pleased with that. Too many customers on one plane. Need additional service to Dallas/fort Worth.
It's pretty much bare bones, but it was inexpensive and I didn't pay any baggage fees, but there was no water offered, only the expensive crap food and overpriced drinks which I didn't buy. But the plane got to Dallas a few minutes early!
Everyone was really great
Did these seats get even smaller??
My bag did receive some damage that was not there before checking it in.
Check in they made everything easy I just gave them my name they gave me my ticket with my seat # on it.
Carryon prices too high
