Good price

Jan 25, 2020

The lines at DIA were way too long to get to a kiosk.

Jan 14, 2020

On my second flight, I did not have a seat assignment for some reason when I arrived at the airport, and upgraded my seat to make sure I would get on the plane. This wasn't ideal and I am not sure why it happened.

Great flight. I look forward yo my next trip with you. Satisfied customer

45 minute delay

One flight attendant was rude.

Everything went very well. Will definitely use Orbitz and United again. 5 out of 5 stars.

Dec 9, 2019

Basic economy is stupid. Charge a little more and don’t nickel and dime me for a carry on. Headrests on seats push my head forward, should remove them. Stewardesses should not chatter so loudly in the back in red eye when people are trying to sleep.

Oct 17, 2019

It was a flight that left and landed on time, there were no complications and it wasn't overbooked. Everything else is just gravy.

For the first time in many many years, we truly enjoyed flying. Thank you for such a professional and truly excellent staff from check-in to in flight crew!
