Great flight, love the adjustable headrests and I always feel better when I fly Norwegian; someone told me they pump in humidified air so you don’t feel so nasty when you wake up in London. No idea if it’s true or not but whatever makes the difference is amazing! I will always fly Norwegian over British airways now!

The seats were very tight for tall people with broad backs. We need to locate more roomy seats on the return flight. Staff were not as friendly as I heard. There seemed to be tension among them.

I chose my seats at booking but my husband and I were seated in different rows nowhere near where I chose. The staff at the gate were kind enough to rearrange for us.
