Nice, clean, friendly. Easy access to airport. Perfect for a quick one night stay before the flight.
We stayed one night during a flight layover and had a wonderful experience! The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are quite soacious compared some of the other hotels we stayed at. I was shocked to ecen find an American plug outlet in our room! Clean, great service and wonderful shops and restaurants ...
The hotel is brand new ! They had grand opening few weeks ago...is exactly like advertised and walking distance from Earl s court and bus 74 .The staff is helpful but only problem is they don’t have any phone in the room and coffee maker so if u need anything u need to go to the front desk . Beautiful views, clean hotel, terrific location. Spent the night and then saw the Tower of London, tower bridge, the shard, and hms Belfast. Able to walk to all of those attractions easily. Hotel stored our bags during this which was convenient.
Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel was cleaner than most. Price was reasonable but prices for restaurants, bar, and snack bar are outrageously high. About an hour train ride from central London but conveniently close to Heathrow Airport. I would definitely stay here again.
Great location to heathrow. Bus stop on corner which is great for public transportation. Good restaurant at hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Avoid Room without window because it is a bit chlostorophobic, othar than that excellent reception staff, clean, safe and very close to st pancras station if you have an early train.
Look, overall, the place is a decent budget hotel...and I *must* emphasize the 'budget' part. Firstly, the bathrooms are tiny. Super tiny. Microscopically tiny. Did I mention that the bathrooms are tiny? Because they are. The rooms are small, but if one is simply using it as a place to crash after ...
This hotel was in a great location. Easy walk to all of the sites I wanted to see. Being near Big Ben , even though it was being repaired, was an easy marker for location of the hotel. The hotel was gorgeous and the staff very helpful.
Daniel At the concierge desk was great! He helped us with information we needed, plus he gave my mom a huge hug that made her feel great in London. What a great summer vacation. Only wished we had more time. Thank you
The hotel was very clean. A big plus was the availability of additional restrooms in the lower level. Traveling with a family that was a huge time saver. However the rooms very extremely small sized. There was almost no place to keep the luggage without running into them while walking in the room. ...
