Nice hotel which served the purpose of one night stays on arrival in London and before flying out.

The temperature in the room seemed cool but OK when we arrived, but by early morning I was cold in bed, which had no blanket, just a thin eiderdown. Only when I looked at the thermostat did I discover that the heat was not turned on--the entire system was off. I was tired that night and hadn't bothered to check. An extra blanket in the closet would have been a great help. Instead, there were two extra pillows. My mistake for not requesting a blanket, and for not paying attention to he heating system.

Great place to stay as our family arrived on seperate days. Very accommodating to our early check in late check out requests. We will be staying here again.

I would have preferred to have been in a regular room, not a handicapped room. However the room was clean and comfortable. The Underground station is just across the road which makes easy access to Central London.

I was making a two-day transit at London Heathrow with heavy luggages. There was no porter service so I had to carry the luggages one by one to my room. The carts that the staff said should be available were no where to be found. There was also no ramp for disabled persons so I had to lift the luggages through the stairs into the hotel. I had also interacted with three staff during my staff with only one being semi-friendly; the other two were curt and dismissive. The only thing I liked about the hotel was its low price and I would not recommend it to any of my friends.

The staff were very helpful. In particular we were looking for a pub within walking distance. They gave us a good recommendation as well as turn by turn directions, which were helpful in that our US based phones were not enabled for data browsing. After the fact we tried to credit Hilton Honors points, but were told that this was not allowed since we booked through orbitz and not through Hilton itself.

Great visiting. Easy to get in and out of London.

Perfect location for a long layover! Clean, nice restaurant!

I had to make 2 phone calls to locate a list bag. The bag transport company told me the hotel declined the bag even though we had told multiple people at the hotel, then I was charged $30.00 for two local phone calls. Also although the bar had all the other alcolohol they indicated they could not serve anything but beer and wine.

Nice hotel. Restaurant dinner experience was very good; food was outstanding. Easy access to underground to LHR airport

hotel is walking distance to Haton Cross station that can either take to LHR or to the city center. The hotel is newly rennovated, clean and well equipped. Had to eat in hotel due to no close by restaurants, but the food was fine.

Soo comfortable that i could see aircraft landing but could barely hear them. I slept too good that i almost missed my flight.

Conveniently located next to Heathrow. Nice rooms and good quality for the price. If you are just stopping for one nigh in London it is the best choice

Woke up with severe back ache. Never have had that happen before or since. What a joke have to pay for the shuttle bus but they never showed up after about 2 hour wait got the local FREE bus then had to walk few blocks to the motel. Staff didn't inform about the saving electricity system so had to use cell phone flashlight to see around in the room. Wanted to get something from the kiosks but there was never anyone around there. I don't intend to go there again.

Very conveniently located close to Hatton Cross bus and subway station. Perfect for an overnight connection.

Convenient for LHR and close to Hatton Gardens tube station

close to the train excellent breakfast clean staff courteous special mention for Manager Singh and went out of his way to get services done

This was a nice hotel that was close to Heathrow. A Tube station was a block away. It was not as noisy as I was expecting, considering that it was next to the airport & a busy road. The only thing I could have hoped for was more eating places within walking distance. The north side of the airport has more stores & eating places. This place was on the south side, but it was close to the Tube station for easy access to London. We chose to stay here because we flew in for a cruise one day before departure & needed to meet the bus to Dover @ one of Heathrow's terminals the next day. Easy door to door transportation from our arrival terminal to the hotel. We paid for a round trip bus ticket, which allowed us to take the bus back to Heathrow the next day to meet up with our bus to Dover. We had lunch in the bar/lounge area upon arrival, but service was very slow. Several people had their orders taken @ the bar, but none of us were getting our food. Then the World Cup soccer match that was on the TV ended and all of our food started being served. The kitchen staff was watching the match in the kitchen. Do yourself a favor & book this hotel w/ the breakfast option. It's only a few dollars more & it'll save you money if you need a breakfast the next morning. We opted not to get the breakfast, but regretted it when we saw the price the hotel charges for breakfast.

The internet was out while I was there, which was incovenient. Other than that, the stay was fine. I used the airport shuttle to get to the hotel in the morning, which was about 5 pounds.

Great property- clean, sleek and easy to the airport. We did a cab as for 2 people when we needed to go to the airport- it was the same cost as paying for the shuttle from the hotel. Staff was nice and seemed like many business people stay at this hotel.
