The room was dirty, head boards were falling apart, plastic peeling off, blood or other fluids all over bathroom wall, clock didn’t work , pillows worn out, dirty, walls dirty , cleaners loud talking at 8am in hall. Ciggy butts everywhere out side, over price soda and snacks , tried to charge me £10 to check in early! But don’t give you any money back if you leave early! The Hilton used be known as classy, now not so! I stay here twice a year for 8 years, worse and worse each trip

We were only there for a quick night, checked in at around ten pm and checked out early for a flight. We were coming from Dublin back to London for a round trip flight. It was great.

I love how friendly and patient they were when I had trouble working the machines at the laundry facility and issue with the magnetic strip on my key card

Everything was great. This Hotel met all my expectations. It was a great location for me food in the restaurant was excellent

The night manager allowed me to watch TV (American Football) in the reception lounge. He turned up the volume for the TV and turned down the background music. He, and his kindness, was very much appreciated.

Super clean, very comfortable beds, and super quiet rooms despite being right by the airport. But their room service food and water are outrageously expensive.

It was wonderful. Just be careful when getting a cab because there are multiple Hilton’s at the airport and we were dropped off at the wrong one. The concierge quickly remedied the situation and made sure we made it to the correct one!

The property was nice, clean, close to the airport with very good amenities! The problem with this booking is that there are two Hilton Garden Inns on Eastern Perimeter Rd, Hounslow, TW6, 2SQ. This needs to be understood by people booking this hotel so their cab takes them to the correct Hilton Garden Inn, London Heathrow Airport, ours did not and took a bus to the other with all our luggage. Please address this issue.

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel was cleaner than most. Price was reasonable but prices for restaurants, bar, and snack bar are outrageously high. About an hour train ride from central London but conveniently close to Heathrow Airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff as not particularly helpful or friendly. Disappointd in the property generally.

They hotel was so convenient to airport yet we never heard or felt any planes during our stay. Food was great too!
