Good choice for airport hotel

Upon arrival felt like I entered the 60s. Architecture wise. Wide open spaces in lobby. Generous room size. Comfortable though bathroom dated (damaged countertop). Not glamorous but functional and what one needs in the area. Shuttle bus organized by external bus company, hence cost (6.8£)

Good Service, Clean Rooms Go a Long Way!

We arrived on an international over night flight. Exhausted and wanting to sleep, the hotel welcomed us and allowed us to check in upon arrival at 7:30 AM! That reason alone will bring us back. They have a shuttle to and from the airport that is easy to use. Outside of hotel could cause hesitation as it needs a power wash, but is not reflective of the inside. Hotel rooms clean, service was good and would go back.

Pre flight stay

We've stayed at this hotel a few times now the night before our flight and every time its been a very good stay. As soon as you walk in there's a lovely aroma which is very welcoming and pleasant. The staff at reception are always polite, friendly smile and helpful. If you like aircraft ask for a runway executive room not only do you see planes but you have access to a lounge which is lovely. Plenty of parking abd you can keep your keys. Restaurants on site are nice. Would definitely recommend it.
