Room clean, staff ok but not exceptional service. Long wait to check in and out. Staff not very clear with directions to our room. Another guest following us had the same problem, and had to return to reception for help. Breakfast was busy, and it was difficult to find a clean table. Also my Blue Light discount was not honoured.

A very warm welcome by reception staff upon arrival. The facilities were great. Food choices and preparation were outstanding. Only stayed for less than 24 hours but it was really good.

This hotel was great. I was there for a conference. There was lots of space in the lobby to sit and connect. The rooms were clean and comfy. Overall I would definitely go back and would recommend to a friend.

The room was freezing cold, and a little smelly. Although very clean. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and we had a bad nights sleep. We expected something a bit better considering the photos displayed on the app when purchasing the night. We were luckily only in the room for a short while before our flight. There was surprisingly little noise disturbances considering it is right next to the runway. The staff were all very friendly. Parking was fine too.
