Super friendly hotel and they went out of their way to make our daughter feel so special for her trip. Rooms were very spacious and hotel was super clean. All the major sites to see were walkable. Will definitely stay here again.

Excepcional customer service. From their first email a few days before we arrived to the moment we left, staff was kind, incredibly helpful, and efficient. We told them we were celebrating our anniversary and a birthday and they went above and beyond —they decorated our room with heart shaped balloons and provided a nice treat. They helped us navigate the area and were helpful with our bags at check out. The hotel is also super clean and modern. Our room had one of the best and softest beds we’ve slept on! It also had a mini sink and nice closet space. They really optimized the space. Plus the location is unbeatable. We will be staying here again!

This hotel is super close to Buckingham Palace and one of the hop-on-hop-off bus tours. Rooms are cozy, bed was comfortable, and AC worked well. Would stay here again.

Bed was huge and comfortable. Location is brilliant, central but quiet. Mini kitchen was ideal, filter water tap available too. All cups and glasses were spotless. A really lovely welcome of lemon water in reception and card. Lots of lovely touches, sweets at reception. Really friendly and helpful staff - would definitely stay here again.
