Stayed for a night, we booked a standard room with a sofa bed for the kids and booked an upgrade to a suite. However the upgrade wasn’t available so instead they put us in an upgraded double room, was really nice. Staff at check in/out were friendly especially towards the kids. They hid small Easter eggs in the room for them to find, a lovely touch. Breakfast buffet was amazingly good. Hotel is modern, bar was awesome with views of Victoria dock. Close to Royal Victoria DLR and next door to the Emirates royal docks cable cart. This took us straight over to the o2 arena using our existing oyster. Area is quiet when an exhibition isn’t going on which also makes it’s a cheaper stay.

Over night stay with breakfast. Quick and easy check in. Staff very friendly. Breakfast busy but lots of staff to cope. Great choice of menu. Bedrooms very warm, nicely decorated, bathrooms clean with plenty of amenities. Loved the leg/foot massage machine in reception....bliss after a busy exhibition. Would certainly stay here again.

After our 220 mile skate trip over 7 days we decided to stay in the Novotel for our last night! 4 guys very tired but greeted by Diana who treated us all very well and served cocktails all night till 1.00am...... she is new to the bar but was very polite and supplied us with drinks with a smile. Very good member of staff and deserves a pay rise these are members of staff you need to appreciate.

Stayed in March 2018 with my Wife for our Wedding Anniversary. The Hotel is simply stunning! The staff were very friendly and helpful, BIG Thank you to Ilona who made our stay extra special. The rooms were immaculate, spotlessly clean, and very luxurious, the views out to the Excel centre and Thames were amazing! The food was incredible as was it's presentation. The Hotel is in a great location with bars and restaurants within a short walking distance, The DLR is also close by for easy access to the City and its attractions. Value for money was excellent too. This Hotel is rated as a 4 Star but it's more like a 5! Will be back in the very near future, i love this place!

Went to hotel for a drink and bite to eat in evening , hotel very clean , staff were superb really helpful and polite. Beer and wine were well presented and really cold . We ordered a pizza which again was well served and presented but what a disappointment no taste and the base was not cardboard thin but paper thin would not have another one , i not saying other food is bad just pizza in my opinion

An excellent hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location for the Excel centre. I left some shirts in my room which were returned to me free of charge by the Guest Service & Quality Team who could not have been more helpful.

Good location and value, the rooms are well appointed but there are a few stains on carpets. Nice facilities in suites and reasonable facilities in the rooms. There are a few places to eat close by, and the tube station is maybe 2 minutes walk away. Staff are great, efficient check in and check the out. Car parking rates were reasonable in their own carpark.

Great place to stay - quiet room, friendly staff, and super clean and modern. A very pleasant stay. A word of advice - if you want to eat at the hotel restaurant, book in advance - they night we stayed there was a convention and tables were completely booked - the great staff actually got me a table anyway, but I did have to wait an hour, so should have booked ahead to be safe. Staff is courteous, helpful and very friendly.

This hotel is everything you need and more! The room is spacious and very comfortable. The staff are great, especially Eniola who gave us lots of information and helped us out with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again!

I like this hotel! I like the location, I like the price, I like the area, I like the rooms! In fact I like everything about this Hotel. Until recently this was my go-to hotel in London (it has now been overtaken). Another overnight stay in London loomed (Killers concert at the O2 this time), so I duly went and booked this hotel based on the location to the O2 and also the great rate. It is easily located a few minutes from the local DLR stop, the check in process was simple and we were soon on our way up to our modern, extremely clean room. The room is modern, well appointed and clean, the bed and covers are clean, fresh and very comfortable. Everything works well in the bathroom. A bonus after embarking on a new relationship is the fact the toilet is in it's own room away from the bedroom! Ha, small things make the difference! The wifi was good and we had no complaints at all during our brief stay. We didn't eat in the restaurant as Breakfast is pricy and much more reasonable alternatives can be found nearby. No doubt I will stay here again in the near future!
