The location is very handy to Paddington station and all other forms of transportation.The front desk is extremely helpful and helped me track my lost bag. Room size is adequate for London. Bath is tight but functional. I usually don't bother with free breakfast at hotels, but decided to give it a try and ended up eat there most mornings during my stay.

Convenient, quiet and welcoming

Conveniently located small hotel just a short walk from Paddington station and Hyde Park. Rooms typically small but ours was freshly refurbished, light with comfortable bedding and was cleaned daily. Breakfast was ok. Very nice staff at reception. Reasonable value for money in super pricey London.

really enjoyed our stay and because we opted for a suit there was ample space for myself and two adult offspring. The room was pleasant with a kitchenet and the shower and toilet were simple but effective. Reception staff were very pleasant and very helpful and with a good sense of humour and the dining room staff were equally pleasant and the choice of breakfast was more than enough to fuel up for a days sight seeing, although it would have been nice to have poached eggs as an option but only a minor note. The location was ideal being only a few minutes walk from the underground, Paddington station and Hyde park and the hotel was reasonably quiet despite it's busy surroundings. The complimentary drink at the affiliated bar was a lovely touch and rounded off a lovely three night stay. I would happily stay here again and recommend to anyone who wants a great stay at a reasonable price.

So happy I found this property. Staff was amazing (especially Andreas), room was convenient. We had the triple room, it is smaller but ideal for what we needed. The showers are very tiny but worked nicely. Loved having a window that opens to let the breeze in. We had a mini fridge, safe & hairdryer in our room. Free coffee/hot chocolate & snacks for purchase in the lobby. Excellent hot/cold breakfast provided each morning. Steps away from Paddington Station, many shops, restaurants and pubs. Walkable to many areas, Hyde Park and Little Venice were a few of our favourites. Front staff very helpful in planning daily itinerary. Highly recommend.

The location is very close to Paddington station. Can make the best possible utilisation of public transport.Also they are close to all famous attractions connected via tube or buses. Lot of food options nearby top. One the minus side, the single room is extremely tiny especially bathroom. Wifi is breaking in between and the mobile reception is bit poor too. Breakfast is typical English breakfast and it's okay for few days

Great staff, good food, great Wi-Fi. Clean and convenient. I would stay again. Below are a couple of items I noted but did not talk to the hotel about so if they are easy fixes, the issues are on me. Beds a bit odd, mattress cover is a sheet but doesn't stay on the bed if you are a sleeper who moves around a bit. Mattress a bit odd as well, single bed version, a bit bouncy and made you roll to the sides. Not uncomfortable, just different. Bathroom is the pod inserted type. I have no issue with these but ours was very damp, I do not think the fans work well enough in them. The shower also had an issue of not staying at any temperature, went from hot to cold to hot and scalding at times. To be fair, I did not mention this during the stay so it's my fault if it is an easy fix and they just didn't know.

The Staff were very accommodating. Their breakfast offers a wide selection of food choices and you're greeted by a happy, welcoming staff. Their rooms are smaller, but clean. They're also located just a block away from the Paddington Train station, within easy walking distance. I'd highly recommend the Stylotel.
