The location is amazing. I would stay here again and again.

Though I would give this hotel a great review, it is not without a need for improvement in some areas. For example, it would be nice if the heated towel bars worked. Also, though we asked for washcloths, they only came on our first day and then none thereafter. Not a big issue, just a little annoying. Also, it would be nice if there was some way to control the heat better. We had a room that was very warm. The hotel did provide a fan and that helped with this issue. And I was given a lighter cotton comforter for the bed. Also, during our week stay there, we experienced a fire alarm and workmen doing repairs during the night resulting in loud drilling and banging (for 4 hours). The manager was extremely courteous regarding this and is addressing this issue with Expedia. We are looking forward to hearing from them soon regarding some recompense. I would stay here again because of location and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff.

The housekeeper was a thief. I brought 100 Euros for a Paris trip. A side trip that hadn't happened yet. After the first (and only time I allowed it) my room was cleaned, 30 Euros was missing. Now, someone breaking in would have taken all of it. Someone else would take some thinking I wouldn't miss it. I reported the loss. Oh, they were very apologetic. I requested restitution. Oh, they were SO apologetic, but they needed to check with someone else before they could repay me. Nice view from the hotel.

Lifts took too long! Otherwise perfect cleaning staff were proactive and thorough

Pleased. However, I believe we got some bad coffee at the coffee shop in the lobby, maybe from an unclean machine, but the espresso was the only common denominator we had to explain why our whole party got sick about 30-45 minutes after drinking the espresso; really sick. I don't want to convict the Hotel, but it seems very likely the espresso was the culprit. Other than this experience, we were pleased with the hotel and the location is absolutely the best; the staff was friendly, helpful and responsive.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and were so happy with this facility. We were greeted by attentive staff and the check in process was easy. The room was comfortable with an amazing view of The Tower Bridge.

The staff was wonderful and was always there to help with any little thing the location can’t be beat!

Loved the rooms, very spacious. Great veiw of the Tower Bridge and various restaurants near by. It’s a little far east from the main areas but is easy to get to tube. The air is centralized so it got a little warm at night. The concierge was very helpful they brought us a fan, adapter and bandaids when needed.

The stay was not as pleasing as expected. The staff was short and it showed through their food service and lack of common courtesy. Myra was wonderful on the other hand.

It's off the river and everything you need is walking distance. The city and other guests come by to see the Tower and bridge and if you're open enough you can talk to different people from all over. Best Eggs Benedict I ever had and the staff went beyond the call of duty. When I come back to London this is where I will stay.

This is a very well located hotel, across the Tower Bridge, ask for a high-level room (I was on the 10th) you'll get an amazing view of London. A few block from the hotel is Tower Hill underground, tip: take the train from HLR to Paddington and connect to Tower Hill Station, you'll end up a few blocks from the hotel. The food in the restaurant is delicious and priced just right. Like I said from there you are well connected to go anywhere using the train.

And they only seem to care about selling you their breakfast. The line was extended throughout the lobby for it.

The service is excellent, we have an early flight to Paris and the airport (Gatwick) is about an hour away without traffic. They were able to range a taxi very early in the morning and the price was very reasonable. They did try to offer a cheaper route, but the bus was sold out. Over all, I’m very happy with this hotel.

Nice area to have cocktails on the water. Close to the underground. Rooms are small but very clean & up to date. Rooms do not have a/c. The staff brought a fan to our room. Bring your own hair dryer as the one provided is ancient & difficult to use

Lovely hotel, clean, staff pleasant and extremely helpful. Rooms with Bridge views awesome! Close to River easy boat ride up Thames to attractions. Next to Tower of London. St Katherine's docks around corner with many restaurants, bars and marina.

Nice location next to the Tower Bridge and minutes from the Tube. Rooms are quiet, large and clean. Staff at reception could be a bit warmer and more attentive. Concierge staff was helpful and polite.

The food from the breakfast buffet was not good at all. The service there was horrible. I left without ever recieving a drink I tried to order twice. Luckily there is a starbucks right next to hotel. The view from my room overlooking Tower Bridge made up for any shortcomings.

Dear Teofila, Thank you for your time to write a review of your stay with us. We do apologise for the inconveniences you faced during your stay with us. We had indeed a leak in our hotel lobby -caused by a burst water pipe in the ceiling-, which led to a major unpleasant experience for all our guests. Furthermore, we needed to fix the issue as a matter of urgency -due to health & safety-, which resulted in us drilling during the night. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences. I can assure you that this is an absolute exception and we fixed this issue directly. Due to health & safety reasons, we deactivated our heated tower bars in the whole hotel. We hope to have the pleasure to welcome you back soon. Kind regards, Bechir Messaoud Hotel Manager
