Nice area to have cocktails on the water. Close to the underground. Rooms are small but very clean & up to date. Rooms do not have a/c. The staff brought a fan to our room. Bring your own hair dryer as the one provided is ancient & difficult to use

Lovely hotel, clean, staff pleasant and extremely helpful. Rooms with Bridge views awesome! Close to River easy boat ride up Thames to attractions. Next to Tower of London. St Katherine's docks around corner with many restaurants, bars and marina.

Nice location next to the Tower Bridge and minutes from the Tube. Rooms are quiet, large and clean. Staff at reception could be a bit warmer and more attentive. Concierge staff was helpful and polite.

The food from the breakfast buffet was not good at all. The service there was horrible. I left without ever recieving a drink I tried to order twice. Luckily there is a starbucks right next to hotel. The view from my room overlooking Tower Bridge made up for any shortcomings.

The hotel staff was accommodating and friendly. The desk clerk wanted to upgrade us to an open bar and access to a luxury lounge for extra fees per day, we didn't require that as we planned to be out sightseeing most of the time, and was a bit overwhelming to listen to all of that information after getting lost due to google maps. I used google to find the hotel from the subway and it led us down the street and through docks about a mile a way. Do not use google maps to find the hotel, it will lead you astray. This hotel has another name: Gouman, Tower Hotel -- it is right next to tower bridge. It is easily seen if you know that you are looking for Gouman Tower Hotel.

Wonderful staff, friendly atmosphere, clean rooms in a perfect location. Literally out the front door to Tower Bridge, Tower Castle, tube station. Easy able to walk to many sights from this perfect location.

Able to check in early - and staff kept our luggage before check in. Will stay there again.

My son and I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect.

Very restful and great view. My wife and I really enjoyed it. HRJ

It was fabulous staying right by the Tower Bridge and Tower of London. The tube is close by and St. Katherine Docks with nice restaurants. Excellent wifi in hotel. We stayed in the suite with a balcony. Room could use some updating. Coming from the U.S it would have been nice to be given an orientation of the room. It took us a couple of days to figure out how to use the heating/air and we had to call for assistance to get the television to work. I would recommend this hotel. Great location and staff very nice, friendly and helpful.

Met expectations way beyond. Great place. Will definitely book place again!!

awesome view, next to the underground access, next to most tour spots.

On arriving I was told that the Tower Bridge View I had booked and paid extra to have was not available. I was given a view of buildings and looking hard below some boats. I was offered a bottle of cheap wine in compensation. Not satisfied I returned to the desk to request I get the room I paid for. I was given a room with a wonderful view of Tower Bridge on the same floor. Why was this room not given to me in the first place? I wasted a great deal of time getting what I paid for and was extremely stressed by the whole ordeal.

Extremely small room for the price. Great view and location.

Nice hotel. Great location. Lots of nearby restaurants. Beautiful views. Would stay here again.

Location is perfect, great value fo money, breakfast is real good, staff is willing to complement the experience

I absolutely love this hotel. I stayed in room 541 and it had the most amazing/magical view. I have full view of the Tower and the river facing the London Bridge and castle. The staff is and did go above and beyond to welcome you. Thank you Alise for going above and beyond when we needed your assistance. If you can, stay in a room with BRIDGE VIEW. I used the tube to come from the airport. Don't bother with the express, they are too expensive and you still will have to take the tube. Just take the tube at the airport towards Victoria and then change to Tower Hill is that easy. Isabel San Jose Ca July 7, 2015

The staff was there to help us with our every need like money exchange to booking a tour to finding a taxi to the airport. The room was very comfortable.

A good value but a bit off e beaten path - near the Tower of London, but shopping and most other areas somewhat remote.

Nice and friendly staff, have nothing negative to say.
