A very tired and very impractical layout hotel. No lift, even after years of people's comments on various review sites. No downstairs rooms were available so we had to drag our heavy luggage up flights of stairs, with no offer of help. We arrived at 10pm to be told bar closed due to maintenence. The novelty of the Heathrow Pod transport has worn off, especially at over £16 per person return to T5! Never again..

The hotel is close to the airport and that is all it is good for. We had a friendly welcome and our room was outside of the main hotel in an annexe. We had two random phone calls, which I assume was reception but nobody spoke. Not an ideal situation when you have a 4-30 start in the morning. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Stayed overnight, the room was very far from the entrance and they were in the process of changing the carpets in the corridors so it was very dusty. I was told they upgraded my room to a deluxe room…however it was a very basic room. The best thing was using the Heathrow pod to go from and to the airport - $16.50 pounds in total.

Warm welcome at check-in. Room perfect. Other guests could be a bit noisy in the corridor but not the fault of hotel. POD transport very convenient if a little premium compared to 423 bus. Restaurant food was good. Will stay again.

No lift at the property so appreciated reception changing us to a room on the ground floor as would have struggled carrying 2 x 23kg cases upstairs. Rooms feel compact and bed seemed a little old and worn but were clean and sufficiently comfortable for our 1 night stay; bathrooms look to have had bath sealant recently renewed and wooden bath panels recently painted but are a little dated in terms of fixtures and fittings. Paid extra for breakfast and it was excellent; lots of breakfast choices (hot and cold) well presented and quality ingredients. Location was convenient for Heathrow T5.

The hotel was very noisy. You can hear the planes all night, you need earplugs. Everything dated… so carpets don’t feel very clean even though they may have been. Otherwise good for a quick overnight.

The hotel is very old and dated. They were ripping up carpets so had to drag all my things through the carpark instead of the corridor. Toilet didn’t flush. No hairdryer. Gluten free meal made me very unwell- obviously cross contaminated which isn’t great before a long haul flight. Bed was comfortable but the rest of the hotel needs a complete overhaul.

Very convenient for Heathrow T5 with a local bus that goes straight to the airport. The hotel room we stayed in was quite dated in terms of decor. That, said the bed was very comfortable which is great for an early mornng flight.
