I am giving this review 2 stars and that is for the reception team and only the reception team. Cant fault them. Currently staying here and checking out in the morning. Checked in on Sunday 3rd for 5 nights to be in work in Buckingham. Check in was okay. Carmen was very helpful and efficient. We decided to upgrade to a room with a window as the rooms really are tiny and Carmen was able to do this for us with no problem. We paid £5 for the tv but the code didnt work. We ended up changing the code 3 or 4 times until eventually Reena (who had taken over from Carmen) came to our room to manually start the tv, having to facetime Carmen for help. I thought it was great that the team are so willing to help each other out even when not on shift. Fantastic. Sunday night was woken up by a fire alarm at 2am and had to evacuate the building. Someone had been smoking in their room. I wasnt angry at the hotel for this as if there had been a fire then lives would have been saved. I found out the next morning that the lady running the night shift had only been here for 2 weeks and it was the first evacuation this hotel had ever had. She did a brilliant job of staying calm and taking control. I didnt get her name. Tuesday morning at 6.30am we were woken up by the LOUDEST drilling I have ever heard. We tried to sleep through it but eventually gave up and got ready for work. I went and spoke to Nichola on the desk who told was very apologetic and told me it's actually nothing to do with the hotel and is coming from builders working in the office space next to the hotel. The hotel is situated in an office block but doesnt take up the entire block, so there are builders working in the same building. they were literally on the other side of the wall outside of our room. Nichola informed me that the hotel manager and the landlord next door are in a dispute over this and currently nothing can be done. Very disappointing. This wake up call has happened everyday since and I expect it will happen again tomorrow. I have asked for a refund and went through booking.com but doesn't look like I will be getting that. We havent had a single full nights sleep without being disturbed and it has made my week very stressful with work. The other problem we have faced multiple times is our room key keeps failing. We go out to work and when we come home the key card wont get us through any of the doors. My boyfriend will go to reception to fix it and it still fails on the journey back to the room. Another frustrating thing to have to deal with after a long day of work and just wanting to get to our room to try andrelax. The room itself is ok. It is what it is, a budget room. The bed sheets have stains on but I havent mentioned it to reception because I have complained about the noise everyday and dont want to be that moany customer. Very disappointed with our stay here and 100% will never use Easyhotel again. There was no pre-warning of any noise disturbances anywhere so hopefully future guests may read this review and take this as a heads up. But massive thank you to Nichola who has been so smiley and friendly every single morning, despite my noise complaints. We have a good chat every morning before me and my boyfriend set off for work!

Booked in with my colleagues from another hotel outside MK. yes, it's small but that's the point. The staff interaction is First class, the staff are allowed to let their personality shine through. Carmen and her team are doing a great job. Parking is not included as part of the hotel, but compared to some earlier reviews you don't need to start feeding the meter from 7am, just follow the instructions. Only suggestion I have, instead of lending a travel ironing board and iron to use in the room, have a ironing room with 3 full size ironing boards.

Does exactly what it says on the tin!!! Budget hotel......it was clean, cheap, great for central access....served me well for 4 week!!! In comparison to the hotels in the surrounding areas that do the exact same thing but cost 3x as much, I thought this was a winner. It’s a bed, a shower and toilet, not a living room or dining area......just a bedroom with en-suite!!! My biggest gripe was limited space to put my clothes.......that and the tv/Wi-fi is an extra cost.....but who cares? I ain’t got time to watch telly, or use the internet that my fone can’t provide.......Wetherspoons is only round the corner!!!

This place is spotless throughout. The rooms have no kettle and you pay for WiFi, TV, early check in, the list goes on. However the rooms are immaculate with clean beds and great showers. Now here's where my gripe is. I stayed on Monday for £32, it was so good i tried to book on the following day to be told it was £68???? WTF??????????

After 36hrs straight of travelling, check in was a pleasure. Thank you Karmen for no fuss and no hassle and a really lovely personality. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Hot water was good, check out quick as well.

Excellent Friendly staff, the room is like described, the hotel is Clean . Bathrooms everything ok Carmen assistant manager and Renna were really helpful! Thank you ! I will definitely return . Hotel is Central M K close to everything.

During my stay at Milton Keynes - even though my stay was short - I was warmly welcomed by the staff who were very helpful. To be more specific, Reena and Carmen offered great service throughout my stay.

I visited this hotel more for convenience. Receptions staff were very friendly. Carmen ass manager, Reena and Kira. Were helpful and very friendly..room is clean but don't expect anything fancy it's very budget...you pay extra for early and late check in and for coffee from the vending machine. Hay for 36 quid a night it's a clean bed and bathroom.. ideal for those on business for a clean quiet place to sleep.. Staff I give 100 percent for service.

Amazing price & great location. My room was totally spotless. I got a very friendly welcome from the assistant manager Carmen (Frumoasa) who was always happy to help. Walking distance to everything. Totally recommend staying here.

I have been staying over several times at EasyHotel. The staff is super friendly, especially Kira and the manager always welcomes with a smile and makes sure we are staying over comfortable. The room is modern, clean and nice and shops are close to the hotel. They got a snack and coffeemachine to use and everything is always provided any time including extra towells and etc. Currently, they got amazing halloween decoration at the reception, whcih shows their effort into the excellent service for customers. Definitely recommend this hotel!!
