Stunning hotel right next to Trafalgar square. We received an upgrade to a Spring Garden suite which suited us perfectly. It was tucked away in a quiet area and was large and well appointed with all the luxuries needed. Staff were all friendly and efficient. Breakfast was just perfect. We will choose this hotel next time we're staying over.

The room was perfect. It was a King family Room with beautiful views of Trafalgar Square. The room was impeccable and very spacious. It had a nice big bathroom with walk in shower. I will definitely return. Lovely staff and nice bar as well I highly recommend.

It is very central close to National Gallery in Trafalgar Square. Bed was a little small but comfortable, nice fluffy pillows and cover. The room is kind of small. Easy to use coffee and tea machines. View from the room is of a building across the street through a small window. Staff was courteous. It is very expensive however for what it offers.
