The room was very comfortable and the delivery of cookies just after arrival very welcome. I would have given this hotel five stars except I found the additional £15 service charge for housekeeping (optional) and the calls to the room to check everything was ok and the turndown service slightly intrusive. If you like this style of high level service and are used to these additional charges I would highly recommend this comfortable, quiet hotel in an excellent location

The staff were so polite and attentive. Lunch upon arrival was a tapas selection and excellent as was the buffet breakfast. The junior suite was great with all the required amenities and extra touches like chocolates and biscuits in the room were an extra touch. We will most definitely be staying here again.

I didn’t have breakfast. I was in the bar once and we were ignored. Had to go to the bar to order. It was so slow they offered a discount, on the food only I presume. I didn’t pay the bill to verify. My room was clean. The turndown service put out both pairs of slippers even though I didn’t take them out of the package or use them and I was the only person in the room.

Very pleasant small-ish hotel in a nice area of London. Lots to do close by, easy to get to and from by tube, taxi, Uber. Fairly quiet street, very quiet at night with double windows, even facing the street. The staff were all fantastic, very friendly and helpful, definitely a highlight. Highly recommend the Leopard Bar and the restaurant. The building is old, and the room is tight...but that's London! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location, Wonderful staff. Great breakfast. We had two rooms. One of them had noise from walking upstairs neighbors, quite loud in the morning, could not sleep after a while, but that was the only a small nuisance, if you wake up early to go out/visit anyway.
