Excellent Check-in and Service. I discovered the first night that the room was noisy. The main reason is that the windows allowed in nearly ALL outside noise such as traffic. New windows that replicate the look of the old one by provide better sound and other insulation are needed. The location is terrific: a short walk from Victoria Station and a whole bunch of restaurants and stores. The housekeeping is great; towels big and soft, bed comfortable. They provide a desk and a chair, but it is impossible to pull out the chair from the desk because of the bed in the case of my room. Had to site at an angle and it was difficult to get up and down from the desk. The wi-fi was mostly excellent.

Good hotel for tourists, with a great pub across the street that has friendly staff and excellent food, The Marquis. Only downside to the hotel was the overpriced English breakfast, but was easily able to get reasonably priced food down the street.

Hotel is close to underground and coach station, it's convenient to places. Room is small, but the beds are comfortable.

If you like a hobbit hole and staircase so small u cant get it up then this is for. You i came back home and see tow charges.. Soo mad

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I would caution is that the part of the hotel we stayed in did not have elevators so there was some stair climbing. If you can't climb stairs, make sure you stay in the main building. I would stay at this hotel again.

Good experience. Wifi included. Try to pack/travel light. Space in room is quite limited, but I'm sure most of London is that way, unless you are willing to spend extra. Friendly & helpful staff.

I was traveling alone and so my room was quite small, yet clean, modern and comfortable. Most importantly, quiet. The hotel is a 10-minute walk to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, etc. It's less than that to Victoria Station trains and Underground. Very convenient. I'd stay there again.

Room was a bit small, however, clean and convenient. Mattress could have been better.

Everything about this hotel was okay but had bed bugs. Convenient to Victoria Station (7-10 min walk), restaurants (Mexican, Turkish, Seafood, Pubs), grocery market.
