It was central to all our sightseeing needs. The staff was friendly and they were very helpful.

Very convenient location. Close to shopping, restaurants, transportation.

Very convenient location. Very happy with our upgrade. Very nice property.

My husband and I stayed here while in London. We get there and we were in the Annex building, which is fine if it were nice like the pictures. But no, they put us on the 4th floor...and there was NO elevator!!! We had to walk our heavy luggage up about 6-8 flights of stairs to get to the 4th floor, absolutely crazy. They should definitely mention that to people who will have to stay on higher floors if there is no elevator, no question about it. So we finally get in the room and its very very small. It is very dusty and didn’t look very clean. The bed cover didn't seem fresh or like it was even washed. The faucet in the bathroom smelled like sewage when running it, no joke, it was awful...and the shower was so small and caused a pool of water at the bottom of the tub when showering. It is a shame it was like this as it was our first time in London and it kind of rubbed us the wrong way. Definitely will never stay here again when we go back!!

They should let ppl know no elevator, only the main building..

interior was fuly upgraded, the annex is walk up and as is customary with quaint townhouses, there are bulding steps first level up and perhaps some units sub level - staff is helpful - they will store bags before and after departure time in main bldg. There is internet standing up station and they will print boarding pass. There is nice new remodeled bathroom - good shower pressure and heat - no full lobby area - good seating for a few people while waiting - there is a desk, closet and safe, no refrigerator - nice tiling remodel of the bathroom and wood laminate flooring. Comfortable and safe street in between Victoria bus station and rail station - easy to go to theatre (American shows) but bus is easier - a few blocks away to go to Leicester Station for other theatre . Easy to get to Gatwick train or Healthrow (bus)(train requires a connection and there may not be a lift at Victoria)

Close to restaurants, walking distance to train, underground stations

The basic closet size of a room reminded me of a cruise ship. Very tiny. A few things broken in the room like the bathroom lights and the button to flush the toilet. The remote was dead too. Over all it was clean and if you just want to sleep there it was ok. It was fairly central to the main subway line (Victoria station).

Excellent Check-in and Service. I discovered the first night that the room was noisy. The main reason is that the windows allowed in nearly ALL outside noise such as traffic. New windows that replicate the look of the old one by provide better sound and other insulation are needed. The location is terrific: a short walk from Victoria Station and a whole bunch of restaurants and stores. The housekeeping is great; towels big and soft, bed comfortable. They provide a desk and a chair, but it is impossible to pull out the chair from the desk because of the bed in the case of my room. Had to site at an angle and it was difficult to get up and down from the desk. The wi-fi was mostly excellent.

Good hotel for tourists, with a great pub across the street that has friendly staff and excellent food, The Marquis. Only downside to the hotel was the overpriced English breakfast, but was easily able to get reasonably priced food down the street.

Hotel is close to underground and coach station, it's convenient to places. Room is small, but the beds are comfortable.

If you like a hobbit hole and staircase so small u cant get it up then this is for. You i came back home and see tow charges.. Soo mad

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I would caution is that the part of the hotel we stayed in did not have elevators so there was some stair climbing. If you can't climb stairs, make sure you stay in the main building. I would stay at this hotel again.

Good experience. Wifi included. Try to pack/travel light. Space in room is quite limited, but I'm sure most of London is that way, unless you are willing to spend extra. Friendly & helpful staff.

I was traveling alone and so my room was quite small, yet clean, modern and comfortable. Most importantly, quiet. The hotel is a 10-minute walk to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, etc. It's less than that to Victoria Station trains and Underground. Very convenient. I'd stay there again.

Room was a bit small, however, clean and convenient. Mattress could have been better.

Everything about this hotel was okay but had bed bugs. Convenient to Victoria Station (7-10 min walk), restaurants (Mexican, Turkish, Seafood, Pubs), grocery market.
