The check in 9 am

Great location and close to transportation. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom. The design is pretty but impractical. Getting out of that raised tub is treacherous with no step or handrail (and I’m healthy and active; it was really difficult for my mom). The half wall on the shower/tub is weird because there’s no door to close so the mirror fogs up. The hair dryer didn’t plug into the one outlet in the bathroom so you had to dry you’re hair somewhere else.

Staff were very helpful.. front desk and concierge. Spa was clean and well maintained. Room was pretty good sized. Location of the hotel was walking distance (15-20 min) to many of London's main attractions. Hotel restaurants were good but menu was slim for vegetarians. Overall excellent experience.

Loved the vibe, bars, friendly staff, location, and perks for being a Orbitz VIP.

beautiful views on the Thames. They gave us free cocktails while we waited for a feather-free room. Great room service too. Would definitely come back.

The location of the hotel is great. Most of the staff was great and very accommodating. The Sea Containers restaurant was terrible and the staff was not very warm. The tubs are very high and slippery after using them. As a result, I hit and badly bruised my leg from repeatedly hitting it.

Great location on the river with a fun modern decor. Staff was friendly, available and helpful. The terrace bar, main floor bar and restaurant were all great. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is disappointing. The rooms are awfully small, the bedding is uncomfortable, and the staff are inexperienced. It’s a party hotel, but be advised, the air quality in the rooms is so stuffy and unwelcoming, if you suffer from claustrophobia, do not stay here. Asthma, do not stay here! Location is good. Although the rest was pretty terrible. I give this place 3 stars for location, and for nice lobby decor.

Modern and stylish - great location - a boutique hotel with spacious rooms!
