I stayed an extra night and despite spending 10 minutes with your team member early in the morning, when I came back to my room in the evening, ALL my belongings had been moved. I had purchased food and drink and these items had been removed and thrown away. When I came back to my room to find everything was gone, the team seemed to take forever to return my things while myself and my dinner guest stood waiting around in reception for them. I can’t believe they didn’t return the food food either. Extremely poor abd unacceptable service.

An ideal location right in center of the busy city. Ideal for a short-stay where location is paramount. The hotel has a very stripped back approach - no windows, no TV. That might not be right for a longer stay and I must admit that a kettle would have been good for a morning cip of tea, but for our purposes this was ideal.

It is a great location just lacks a couple of things. Thee cafe does not open until 8 am and closes at 6.30 there are no facilities in the room such as TV and Tea coffee making facilities

Disappointing Stay Despite Great Location I recently stayed at this hotel in central London and, unfortunately, the experience did not match the price I paid (around $200 per night). The biggest issue was the check-in process. They absolutely would not allow check-in before 3 p.m., even by an hour or two, which is very unusual for a hotel in this price range. I ended up waiting over two hours with no flexibility from the staff. I also had repeated issues getting basic amenities. I requested towels three or four times and only received them after going down to the reception myself — they never delivered them to the room. For a hotel charging this rate, that level of service was very disappointing. The room itself was extremely small — much smaller than expected for the price point. Aside from the great central location, the overall value was not there. I wouldn’t stay here again unless the hotel improves its service and offers a level of comfort that matches what they charge.

No chairs, tables, couches, hair dryers, TV, or windows. Random alarms going off with no explanation. No front desk but a bunch of iPads and the occasional person who doesn’t speak English or know anything about the hotel. Mold in the bathroom- a fully transparent bathroom by the way where everyone you’re staying with can hear and see you doing your business. Garbage hotel.
