They made me move rooms twice, loud tiny rooms with no windows furniture, uncomfortable shabby, not even a hook to hang a coat. electric sparks, plumbing is intermittently workable, staff is permanently afraid of guests, charge extra for storing luggage, manager lies, sympathy and excuses no help no effort, ruined my trip

Rudest staff, worse than prison cell smelly, dirty, stained rooms, zero amenities in room- not even a chair or table, disgusting, rip off, zero rest from door slamming from 100 doors every 30 seconds, mold stench- no windows anywhere. TRAUMATIZING!

Very comfortable clean place in a great location. Good price. Awsome if you don't mind a room without windows.

They gave horrible room with 4 queen beds for 1 person only

the most claustrophic hotel room I've ever stayed in...and I travel frequently. It may be in the heart of London's West End but the Zedwell has no heart. Just an a cold modern cynical design of 13 floors with hundreds of small pods. No amenities, no furniture other than an uncomfortable bed, not even a glass for water in the room. Find an alternative asap!

This property served its purpose. A bed to sleep on and pot to do your business. Other than that there reallybwasnt anytging nice to say about the hotel. Upon arrival you think your getting a cool hotel but if youbtook a closer look it was really disgusting. We found a tooth pick in our bed, there was hair all over the floor, and the staff was extremely impolite and unhelpful. Its central located though, and itvwas very easy to travel around london on the puplic transportation.

Great location, clean, and friendly staff.

Economical , good value for money, great location! However got noise in the room from some construction and a night club, one night someone banged on our door at 2 am in the morning.

Staff was pretty rude and unhelpful. I overheard a manager at the front desk saying to staff “Just remember we are not concierge”… which seemed like a bizarre reminder to the employee to not try too hard. My room had hair on the floor and in the bed, some stains in the sink as well. Worst part was the lack of windows. I feel like this must be a fire hazard or illegal? It’s basically a glorified capsule hotel. I stayed in a hostel before this that was 100 times nicer (and had windows!) AND CHEAPER!

I am all for minimalist but this property went a little too far. Not having a table or hangers or even a chair to sit on didn’t exactly scream comfortable. With only two hooks in the bathroom and zero hooks in the room, where do you hang your clothes??? The room had a good bed and a good shower, sink, and toilet. But that’s literally all it had. The bed was comfortable but the walls were not soundproof as advertised. You could hear talking and laughing from the adjoining room. So if you just want a place to shower and crash for the night and leave first thing in the morning, this place is perfect, but if you want to spend any more time in it, pick a regular hotel.

Great location, nicely remodeled

Great aesthetic. Clean. Awesome location. The downside - water pressure in shower weak.

Excellent ubication
