The staff, location, beds and food were nice and decent. The shower and toilet did not work, and we heard loud parties for 2 nights from the garden courtyard-even though we paid extra for garden view. We did appreciate having a mini fridge in our room! There was no complimentary coffee for guests in the lobby for early risers.

The hotel is very well located. We could walk everywhere to places we wanted to visit. The rooms are of a good size, clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered is excellent. We found the staff to being knowledgeable and helpful. They truly cared about meeting client needs.

Good London location, away from the crowds.
Great location, handy to tube station and restaurants. Comfortable beds, fan was a great extra, coffee/tea cookies and chocolates were lovely, two room bathroom was a little awkward but okay. Nice eco decor in room and common area. We didn’t get to use the courtyard or restaurant, but they looked very nice.

The hotel was in a nice area where I felt very safe walking around. Covenant gardens and other good shopping was just a short walk away. The hotel did not have air conditioning in the rooms which was brutal for two nights in the summer. They provided one tiny fan which was not running when we came in the room nor did it make much of a difference. It was too loud near the hotel to sleep with the windows open so if you stay here prepare for a hot and horrible night's sleep. The staff was very kind and told us where we should go, and the breakfast was good.

Some issues
Great location and staff. Negative was both rooms I stayed in were hot and stuffy and no air-conditioning in rooms. There was a small fan to use and staff unlocked the window for fresh air but it did make it uncomfortable. Air con was ok in lobby and restaurant but definitely not on level 3. I am from the tropics so used to heat but the lack of air flow was an issue for me. No fridge in rooms.
