Bastante promedio el hotel para el costo. Nada relativamente especial. Hay mucha gente todo el tiempo los elevadores lentos y llenos. Además por guardar mi equipaje en lo que era la hora de mi vuelo me cobraron por maleta. El metro está accesible pero no tiene elevador por si llegas con maletas es complicado. Mejor la zona de Paddington.

Check in great and efficient, room adequate though a bit in need of updating. Food in The Green Stag was good and service by Kavyak was excellent, hard working lady! Our room had a connecting door and the people in that room were very loud and we were woken up at 5.40am by them!!!

Excellent location, Kensington area, very very close to all public transportation, lots of eating and shopping, yet quiet in a nice area. Rooms were kind of worn (and small - typical for Europe), but comfortable and quiet.

It was a decent place in the centre of the City with access to all attractions and easy to commute. I used parking service as well which was really convenient. I would recommend tgis place for a reasonable price and nice location.

Our stay was disappointing due to several issues. Upon arrival, we had requested a baby cot, but there was an adult bed in the room instead—even though the reception had confirmed the cot beforehand. It took nearly two hours and 3–4 visits to the reception before we finally received the cot, but it came without a mattress, making it completely unusable. We then asked to have the adult bed back so one of us could sleep there, which again took another two hours and several more trips to reception, despite repeated promises that it would be fixed “within 10–15 minutes.” The room itself also had problems: the window could not be opened, making the air stuffy and humid—especially after using the shower, since the ventilation was poor. The air conditioning didn’t work properly either, so it got quite warm and uncomfortable. Lastly, we found an old, dirty slipper under the bed, though apart from that, the room appeared reasonably clean and tidy.

Room temp fine. Could do with a slight makeover, when you do, recommend the carpets be replaced by wooden flooring..Very conveniently located. The Bugis Resto has good Singaporean food but not the atmosphere. Young wait staff keen but not skilled. Has a cafeteria feel. The Hainan chicken rice was credible effort. Perhaps some fun posters from Bugis Street and highlighting Singapore Street food could add a bit of colour.
