Great location, close to tube and bus stops, well sized rooms, excellent view of the city from the room, decent breakfast.
Great location at a very reasonable price and a generally satisfactory experience. There was just one free power socket in the room which is inadequate. An electric kettle with complimentary instant coffee/tea is provided but its cord does not reach from its table location to the free socket. Staff were verbally responsive to my request for an extension cord but did not follow through. Staffing seemed to be a problem with other reviews. Management should address this failing.

Perfect! We had a great stay. Located close to transportation. Room was clean. View was great. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. We will stay here again next time we’re in London.
Housekeeping was forgotten one day. Breakfast area was much too small so we had to wait longtime. Rooms badly needed renovation. Etc.
Very good value, great central location. Staff super efficient and pleasant. Lobby packed. Clean, standard hotel type room. Could use an in room coffee facility and shower upgrade. Overall, it’s super value and brilliantly located with many places walkable, and I’d stay again
The staff were so accommodating and wonderful. They made us feel right at home. Always there with a smile. Absolutely loved the staff.

Orbitz sold me room with incorrect description there are no balcony in this hotel. After checking in room that we got was in a horrible condition, TV that does not work, remote no batteries, dirty cups.
