Close to sloanStreet tube, in a cozy residential neighborhood

For the price, it was not up to standards, especially in the neighborhood of Sloane Square. The carpet felt and looked dirty. There was a huge rug rolled up in the hallway so that wasn't nice to see overtime we were in the hotel. The lighting in the hallway was not bright enough. There was no security from the stairs -as if anyone could walk up from the restaurant or off the street and into the hotel. The rooms and hallways needs a facelift. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We work around the world so we feel qualified to add this.

Staff was very accommodating. Location was great. We had a slight problem with the drain in the floor of the handicap access bathroom in our suite, which was repaired promptly.

This hotel was GREAT! Location is awesome. Walking distance to the Underground subway station, restaurants, and shops. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I also found out that the Beatles stayed here in the early 1960's when it was named the Royal Court Hotel! I would definitely stay here again!!!

When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready. It was only noon. We were asked if we wanted to wait in the lounge where there was amazing coffee and incredible mini desserts. And we did! Ten minutes later our room was ready. It was clean and had a view of the neighboring church’s stained glass windows. Breakfast In the morning was delicious and Keto friendly 😊👍. The restaurant next door had great food too. I can not find on thing to complain about. The hotel surpassed our expectations. The tube and sights nearby were ideal for a Mom and Daughter pair to use. I give this hotel 5 stars!

It was very nice. Close to tube and bus. About a minute walk to each

room was too small and awkward, with air conditioning blowing right in ones face all night. Bed not really confortable.
