It was very close to Boroughs Market-only plus in my opinion. Internet was choppy, at best. I would call housekeeping, then front desk (to request towels and/or bedding for our pull out) & no answer. Had to call some 3rd # to finally reach someone. I messaged the hotel staff (via Orbitz) to request to add someone to allow to check in as she was arriving earlier-never replied. Finally emailed the property itself to advise of the request for check in & someone replied the day before we were to check OUT. I requested leftover food to be microwaved for my child's consumption & was told it was not a service they could provide to guests; that the microwave was only for hotel use. No going above & beyond in regards to customer service. I wouldnt recommend nor would i return to this hotel for future visits

Understated, clean, and functional. Unpretentious with a friendly helpful staff. One night when our party was back after a night out but not ready to call it a night, we asked if the hotel bar was still open. “It can be,” was the cheerful response. And we stayed up a little longer.

Clean property. Great location. Close to the London Bridge. Good sized room and bathroom. The workers were super nice. Check in and check out process was super easy and fast. Plus they gave us free early check in at 11:30am which was amazing! Loved this hotel. Met all of our needs. The cleaning ladies came once a day. Only complaint is to be given more towels

Very nice hotel at a central location close to the metro. A lot of restaurant options in the area but the one in the hotel was pretty good. Highly recommended.

Mercure London Bridge is excellently located for all the sights of the Southwark community. Enjoy the Borough Market with its fresh foods and local products and walk to the Shard for views across London. Head to Southbank Centre and a walk along the Thames by moonlight. The hotel is contemporary without being ostentatious and glitzy. I had a standard room with a firm and comfortable bed. I would return for the location and pleasant front desk staff.
