I usually stay at another chain of hotel about 2 minutes from the Mercure but this year I changed it up and I'm so glad I did. I stayed for 3 nights and every member of staff I interacted with was polite and very friendly. I had an early flight to catch on my departure and the reception staff were exceptionally helpful making sure I had a breakfast box to go and that everything inside was suitable for someone with my food allergy. The hotel is beautifully decorated and I loved the "reception desk" which is just a table as you enter the hotel. Very welcoming, as are the cookies and infused water that are available for guests throughout the day. My room was large with complimentary soft drinks, tea and coffee and an extremely comfortable bed. And the location is perfect; 5 mins to the Tate Modern and Bankside and about 10 minutes to Borough Market. I won't be in London again for another year or two but when I am I will definitely be back at the Mercure.

My husband and I stayed at the Mercure hotel in April for two nights. The reception staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfasts were amazing. There was as all you can eat buffet comprising cold meats, cooked bacon, sausage, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, cereals, yoghurt, tea, coffee, juices and toast. There was also a gluten free section. The bedrooms have memory foam mattresses with two pillows each, one soft and one firm. In the bathroom there is a rainfall shower and also a separate hand held shower in case you don't want to get your hair wet. We drank in the bar/lounge area a couple of times and this was very pleasant. On our last night, the klischko/Joshua boxing match was being shown in the lounge area. There was a great atmosphere and we all had s lovely evening. I would stay here again.

My husband and I had a great stay at the Mecure. We stayed 3 nights and had great service. The room was spacious and updated. The staff was great. We had the premiere room upgrade and had a restocked refrigerator every day. The location is great and near the Globe Theatre, the Shard, London Bridge, Millenium Bridge and other sites.

Stayed at the Mercure London Bridge while attending a conference in London. The room was comfortable and spacious, the bathroom spotless and the wifi free. Extremely fast check in and out via an unorthodox but very satisfying deskless system. The decor comfy and the breakfast impeccable. The staff courteous and efficient. Couldn't ask for more.

This is a great hotel with a great breakfast. The bar drinks were served with a smile, even thou the bar did shut at midnight with no last orders or warning...Very disappointing!! I booked with however the hotel did not have my reservation but kindly checked us in even thou I had to pay first and wait for their 'Office' to open the following day, when the issue was then sorted. However they still tried to charge me again on check out!! I would still stay here again, Highly recommended.

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast set us up for the day and we had easy access to the Globe, Tate Modern etc. The room was clean and the shower excellent. Access to the tube network was 5 minutes away.

comfortable and Clean with modern decor great buffet breakfasts and good location close to train station. Easy to get around to and from. Staff were friendly and helpful with information about different things going on in town.

Boutique hotel with lovely interior No air con in room Only ventilation is a window opening into main road with outside temp is 3 Room service advise open window Restaurant very chic but food very very average Will not be staying here again

This hotel has had a remarkable interior makeover since my last stay. It has been refitted from top to bottom in a stylish, urban decor. The reception desk has been eliminated in favour of a informal table where I was greeted face to face. The room was luxurious and quiet and the bed was perfect for a good night's rest. The rainforest shower was a perfect way to start the day.

About 10mins walk from station, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Room included a speaker which is very convince for playing musing, and USB charger at room. I will recommended to my friend which is valuable hotel.
