The hotel has a perfect location, it is close to many places of interest and close to the metro. The bedroom was clean but above it, we found a dirty sock on the floor next to a wall. The rabbit that is everywhere is very original but in the bedroom it is totally useless I recommend a bench to put things or a suitcase.

I reserved the Superior Double Room (Pad) specifically because a seating area is displayed in the listing photo. While the room size is likely accurate, there was only a bed and a bunny in the room, no sofa nor chairs. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet, so basic sleep needs were met.

Very unique concept of a hotel. Very close to the train station. Walkable distance to many iconic sights. Very quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Great view from the upper floors. Tiny rooms with no television or phone but that’s OK! you want to be outside when you’re in that neighborhood And it’s in a great location. The restaurant was not good. The food was very salty.

The room was small but well designed. Very clean and modern. The staff person I interacted with was quite friendly. If you want the West End of London you can't get a better location. Mostly a place to go and sleep since the room had just the bed, no window and no TV. The price though was amazing. Only real negative was that the room was a bit too warm for my taste.

Location is best Renovated, modern, clean Nice staff

The property is centrally located to theatres, Bars, restaurants and the metro station (Charing Cross Rd Station). Because of this, the streets are really busy with foot and car traffic. In addition, there was alot of drunk people walking around. It wasn't uncommon to see throw up on the sidewalk as you are walking around. This spot is definitely not a family friendly location.

Extremely clean property, great services and in the perfect location! Will definitely be staying there again!

Location, location, location, location and location.

Great location. Small rooms. No television. That's all.

The room was everything needed in truly the best location a visitor could ask for; great restaurants, markets, bars, and sightseeing within easy walking distance. Plus there are multiple tube lines within 4-8minutes of the front doors. Not to mention the rooftop bar & restaurant. Cannot speak highly enough and will definitely be back when next in London. -Luke, Boston USA

Best location ever! Everything clean and seemed new Good shower Minimalist

On the outside, this property doesn’t look like a hotel. But Inside we found an extremely friendly and helpful reception staff, a clean, modern and efficient room, and an upstairs Garden restaurant with a bright airy atmosphere and an amazing view. What a hidden gem in a great location.

Very small rooms equipped with comfortable beds, good views, hot water, and great shower pressure. Overall, recommended

Great property in a amazing location. Staff is very friendly and that’s all you need for a great stay. Room was really a snug but we didn’t much time in the room anyways. Location is amazing, surrounded by restaurants and bars and walking distance to everywhere. Bus stops at. The door step and underground within a 2 min walk was a great plus. Overall a great stay. Will definitely stay again
