I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. All the rooms on the floor I stayed in did not have AC. When I approached the reception lady she stated she can’t do anything for us as all the rooms were “sold out” and the manager was not on site. She told us to call the agency we booked the stay with and have them deal with it. The room was extremely hot as it was 90 degrees outside. If you can do yourself a favor and avoid booking this hotel.

Unfortunately, I was unable to visit the Novotel London Waterloo due to an unforeseen fire at the airport that prevented me from flying. Despite the situation being entirely out of my control, the hotel handled it poorly and showed no understanding or flexibility. They refused to issue a refund, disregarding the exceptional circumstances. Based on this disappointing experience, I would rate the hotel zero stars. If you're planning a trip to London, I strongly recommend considering other accommodations.

Very disappointed in this hotel, as we were not able to travel to London because Heathrow Airport closed and our flight was redirected. They would offer any solution to accommodate this incident that was completely out of our control. They would not refund or issue a credit. Will not be staying here when we are able to get to London.

Location was great. Nice staff and clean property. Rooms could have better ventilation and better design and functionality . Electrical outlets are insufficient and there aren’t enough places to hang towels or leave things. For a small room finding functionality to maximize space is key. Restaurant food is good and the breakfast buffet is convenient.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Being a family of four, staff was very accomodating to our needs. The executive suite was wonderful suited our needs perfectly. Dining in the restaurant was convenient when needed and the food was tasty. Location was fine if you dont mind a 10-15 minute walk to the underground. We had a wonderful stay in London.

Good stay, poor check in

It was a comfortable stay and the breakfast staff were very friendly. However check in was very poor and took a very long time. We were also given the wrong floor number. Having checked in online as instructed to do so, I was hoping for a quicker check in process. Perhaps it was a lack of staff? The lady did seem stressed. The shower wasn’t particularly clean either.
