We are a great fan of the Taj Hotel Group and have stayed in many of their properties. We really had an excellent time here and will certainly stay here again. There is a real warmth in the staff across the board that is indicative of the management style. Location is superb, easy access to everywhere. Very very pleased with our five nights there. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. Charming property with some unique features..

We had a really great stay here. Fantastic location, super convenient. Staff very friendly and went out of their way to help. Would stay here again 100%.

location is perfect. beautiful place, everyone is so accommodating and friendly.

Nice hotel near buckingham palace, walking distance to tube. Very clean with good service.

Location great rooms after renovation, coffee and tea in the room, breakfast didn’t worse for the price

I didn't have to worry about a single thing when it came to the hotel. The service was impeccable, all the staff were friendly and inviting. And the location is absolutely spectacular! Also, the upcharge for breakfast included with the room is well worth it if you are a morning/breakfast person. Again, wonderful service, and the variety and quality of food is superb.

Excellent location - great restaurants and good staff!!! Walked to most places - Buckingham Palace - 2 min walk - Most other places like - Big Ben - Westminster Abbey- Trafalgar Square etc etc - 10 to 15 min walk .

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Location was excellent. Room was quiet. Breakfasts were very fine. However bathroom was minuscule with no counter or storage space; TV and heat/AC interfaces were not user-friendly; prior occupant had left items in drawer.

The location cannot be beat. Five minutes one direction to Westminster, five minutes the other direction to Buckingham. Room spacious for Europe, huge bathroom, nice closet. Fridge wasn't working but maintenance replaced it very quickly. Like most European hotels, no ice machines, which is always frustrating for Americans, but when in Rome. Bar and breakfast were very expensive, so we ate and drank out whenever possible. Doormen and bellman were excellent. Front desk staff did try to upsell at check in and then didn't call as promised when room was ready, but all in all a great experience.

Excellent hotel and great value.............................................................

As usual Taj chain are always the best in London. Graet staffa,d wonderful managment. Room are clean and for sure my next trip I am going to stay there.

Nice hotel and close to everything. Staff is exceptional. But property is not the same level as in india

Nice stay with few exceptions. Those the hotel could control were addressed in a timely manner. We stayed for a week and found the rooms to be nice size but in room bath needed better cleaning. In both restaurants, the food very good.

Everything about this hotel was classy. Everything from professional staff to thoughtful gestures (like Thanksgiving treats left in our room with note from manager) to lovely room and beautiful lobby. Truly, one of the nicest experiences ever.

From our very friendly and helpful check-in experience to the special Happy Thanksgiving treat that was left for us in the room, we had a wonderful experience at the Taj. The room (our family suite) was comfortable and spacious. Our only complaint was that the sofa bed, which was our bed for the two kids, was only a double...not a full or queen. So, it was a little small. But we made it work.

Lovely hotel, great service, room was nice but small and the bathroom was a little rough. Over a good hotel for sure though!

Excellent accomadations. My only negative is I wish i had asked that our room be moved. The 24 hour a day construction project across the street made it difficult to sleep.
