St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel, London

4.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

During my stay the internet failed, the elevators stopped working, and the bathtub Didn't drain. Also, forget watching the TV. It is 5 meters from the bed and smaller than a computer screen.

From the time we checked in until we left staff was extremely professional and very helpful in booking tours and providing directions. Room was very clean, updated, and nicely decorated. Definitely 1st class. Fitness club included a definite plus.

Perfect stay location room upgrade Staff food everything amazing Great restaurants right near Bucking ham palac

Came to this hotel because I wanted to see the Palace and I wanted to be close to Victoria's station. Nice facilities.

Easy access to iconic places of London . Good hospitality .

I was very happy with the efficiency of the checkin/checkout, the room was spacious for this price-point in London, and the location (very close to the tube and a 15 minutes walk to Berkeley Sq at a quick pace).

Great hotel, nicely located. I would stay there again.

Everything was very good except the early morning breakfast service. It was very slow.

I would stay there again, it was well located and very comfortable

Only issue was mildew in bathroom, otherwise pretty nice stay.

hotel was awesome, would stay there again. clean, and good location

Unique hotel with good value including free breakfast. Great location with London, easy to walk to where we needed to go but not on a main street (allowing for less noise). Large room and comfortable beds.

The hotel is very nice and has great location. Very clean and friendly staff.

We were in town for business, but also some walking around. The hotel was a perfect place for both, near St James Park, Buckingham Paace, Pall mall, West End theaters. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wi fi was terrific.

I stayed at this wonderful hotel last summer. I found the staff and hotel to be fabulous. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent. I loved my stay, and could have just hung out in the main lobby having a scotch it it were not for the location - near so many wonderful London sights. I will definitely stay here again, and recommend it for anyone. My only complaint - which was addressed personally from the GM - was that the bed seemed old and quite uncomfortable. I explained I felt the mattress was old and I awakened each morning like I had slept on the floor. The room, otherwise was wonderful. I loved this hotel and the staff.

At first I thought the hotel was overpriced but the ambiance was totally worth it. We were able to get the breakfast included and it was excellent.

Great staff great location, walk to the room was a little long but seemed shorter as time went by..

From the time we checked in until we left, the entire staff at the St. James couldn't be more professional. The room was clean and comfortable, we look forward to returning!

Beautiful hotel that it makes me feel like staying in a palace. Staff are very friendly and professional.

Perfect location, walked everywhere. Staff very helpful and attentive without making a fuss, which we loved. Great full breakfast included. Will stay again.
