Service was terrible, particularly with Food and Beverage outlets.

Worn out carpets. Old furniture and poor beds. Lobby looks great, but that doesn’t overcome lack of upkeep throughout. Great location.

I loved the breakfast and location

This hotel was wonderful. We didn’t want for anything, everyone went the extra mile to please us. Very clean and it was close to what we wanted to do. Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel had excellent customer service and they made special accommodations for meals due to a walking problem that occurred during my trip. The hotel is also very well located to tube, rail and London attractions. However, some of the older rooms need to be renovated as I stayed for 10 days both in a newer section and an older one. Also, the room service selections are limited and they charge 5 pounds for a napkin, plate and silverware. Extremely high costs for food service, even by London standards.

Inside of rooms could be better cleaned. Table tops not wiped and sanitized enough, carpet not vacuumed well and the eating/drinking service area not well maintained. Shower door stuck.

Beautiful hotel. Staff is friendly. Really enjoy my stay.

Great location and wonderful staff. Felt right at home

Amazing location close to Buckingham Palace and Westminster

room was big and clean, beautiful property . quiet location

Beautiful property with an excellent location in walking distance of many landmarks. Housekeeping was excellent. We arrived at 7 AM (overnight flight from the US), and by 10:30, we were completely out of energy. The were able to check us in several hours early, which we greatly appreciated.

This was a beautiful hotel with a great location right in the middle of London.

Everyone was so professional and kind. We saw the love in their hearts which poured out that made us feel warm and welcome. We will be back again and we feel proud to tell all people we see about where to stay when they come to London, England, United Kingdom. No disappointment's, no negativity. Again thank you.
