Especially the staff was incredible. Very polite and helpful.

Great hotel near many London sites with excellent, helpful staff and wonderful breakfast buffet.

Great location, staff very helpful, breakfast was included and just wonderful.

The hotel is located close to Buckingham Palace, two tube stops and several other of the best tourist sites in London. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The dining selections in and around the hotel offer great choices at good prices. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.

Very friendly and professional staff whose total focus is pleasing their guests. They can't do enough for you.

The hotel is very nice and well located in London near underground stations and Victoria Station. The room is in need of an update and the hotel is renovating rooms at this time. Windows are only single pane, and with construction of a building beside the hotel the room was noisy during the day. The hotel staff is exemplary and service is excellent.

St James Court is a great hotel located within a 5 minute walk of Buckingham Palace. The staff is always professional and courteous and the hotel is very clean welcoming. You're within walking distance of several attractions and 2 tube stations are also very close to zip you to just about every attraction in London. We stayed a week and still didn't get to half of the places we wanted to see because there's so much to do. Several great pubs and restaurants are also within walking distance.

Nearby so many iconic attractions and locations . A tube station within a few blocks. Pubs and all kinds of restaurants close by too.

We chose this hotel based on the reviews. Glad we did. We were very happy with the entire experience and would definitely stay there again. Hotel is only two blocks from Buckingham Palace and two blocks from an underground station; very convenient. The hotel has been completely updated. Our room was large, the bathroom was very large, and everything looked like it was new. Service and staff attitude during our week long stay was excellent. Included in our room rate was a full buffet breakfast every morning in their restaurant. Food and service were excellent. That was definitely a plus for us since we were able to skip lunch most days. On the day of our departure, the concierge suggested using their provided automobile to Heathrow airport instead of a taxi. Their charge was 10 pounds less than a taxi. The auto was a new 500 series Mercedes with chauffeur! The location is more in the government area than the nightlife area but that was fine with us. The setting was quiet. Once again, we would definitely stay here again.

We spent 8 nights and had an overall good experience. There were issues with the bathroom [very hot water, shower tub was small and had shower curtain that did not enclose the entire tub]. There were few outlets to use to charge phones etc, none by nightstands. Biggest issue was that we were told as members of Taj club we would get 10% off at restaurants. We had dinner in the one attached to hotel for husbands birthday. It was very expensive and they added 12% service charge, We thought we'd get the discount but at check out we were told that that restaurant {The Bank} wasn't included. We wouldn't have eaten there if we had know that; and to make matters worse, we had terrible service from waiter in a near empty restaurant. Fire alarm went off one evening and I had to out in the hall to find out what was going on. No one called from front desk to explain! The breakfast was included in our rate but it was the same thing every morning and a bit of change up would have been nice.

Everything about the hotel was great. Every one of the staff was extremely helpfull. Excellent location.

Once we locate where we are, hotel sits at a great location. It's near everything, train, supermarket, few good restaurants near by, Buckingham Palace was 5 minutes walks. Breakfast was nice, we were there for 6 days, I was bored with the selections. Since its owns by Indian Company, I wish they could do a much better job offering it. The only thing that impressed me most was STAFFS. Everyone was so nice and friendly or may be we brought the best out of them.

The hotel is terrific. The rooms are small but comfy. The staff is brilliant and helpful.

Loved the hotel. Perfect location in the middle of everything but in a quiet corner of it. Room, staff, courtyard were all world class.

Hotel and staff were the very best. Would definitely stay there again.

Best Hotel I have stayed at in Europe. Staff was attentive and amazing in all aspects. I have 2 children and they made them feel at home and even had a welcome bag for each of them. Great stay in family room.

Very nice. Room was very comfortable, very clean. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Serene environment Excellent location.

In a quiet area yet close to attractions and Underground station. Only negative comment is that the bed was a bit hard. Other than that, great place. Very helpful concierge.

Nice lobby and facilities. Central location within walking distance to top points of interest.

Great hotel, right in the center of London, wonderful staff, clean and cozy rooms, excellent food
