Fantastic stay. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable room, excellent location, super kind and knowledgeable staff. I didn’t get a chance to try the food, but it smelled amazing and the restaurant lent a nice atmosphere any time I returned. Will be coming back :)

The Hoxton was lovely! My room was perfect, spacious, and just beautiful. The radio was a brilliant touch! The staff were so friendly, and the hotel was close to the Tube and in a walkable area. I will definitely be returning the next time I come to London.

Staff were amazing here and tried to make our stay as wonderful as possible, but I would not recommend hotel for a few reasons. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Mattresses felt like they had minimal support and pillows were like pancakes. Had to request more pillows and another room with a better mattress. Lighting in bathroom was terrible and there were no plugs to use the blow dryer in the bathroom. Location and lobby were fantastic.

Wonderful location with easy access to multiple transportation methods. Service from staff was mixed. Some were excellent while others didn’t convey a feeling of caring. Check in felt rushed and unimportant. Not much was explained other than here are the keys and you must request for cleaning.
