The location of this hotel is incredible as you are in walking distance to a number of London's greatest attractions. Breakfast was very disappointing for such an expensive hotel.

The hotel had an excellent location. It was across the Thames River from Parliament Square and Big Ben and not too far from Buckingham Palace. The staff was very nice and friendly and everything went very smooth.
Great location for a family vacation - very close to must-see tourist sites and underground tube systems/bus service. Rooms were very comfortable and staff were helpful. The only criticism is that the cleaning service was slow. There were several days when the room was not cleaned until after 4pm, which did not bode well with tired travelers. Also, there is only 1 US electrical outlet available in the room.
The so called view of the river from the room was less then impressive. Next time I will forgo the view at the added coast associated with the view. We had a second room not looking at the Thames and it was far better!
Such an amazing hotel. Thanks to Alessandro we had such a great experience!! Perfect room, delicious food, comfy bed, super clean, great lounges, it even had a Christmas tree in the room!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Everyone was so helpful and nice. I am super picky and I highly recommend!!

Our hotel was perfect! The most gorgeous views (The Eye of London, Thames River, Big Ben, Winchester) and the room and staff were excellent. They offer all the amenities, and they were all top drawer. The building itself is the historic County Hall, and it is quite majestic. If we are lucky enough to travel to London again (and I really hope that we can), the Marriott County Hall will be our first choice.
We loved this hotel! We had a bit of an issue which our room. It had an unpleasant odor, but Marriott immediately did the right thing. They moved our room, gave us an upgraded room and assured us they would correct the other room issue. The staff were wonderful. The accommodations were wonderful. Great gym, nice pool. Sauna. Everyone there was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.
