Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to trafalgar square (just around the corner) and about 5-10 min walk to picadilly circus, as well as the Charing Cross tube. The national museum is also around the corner and the uber taxi about a 5 min walk to the river. The room and the bathroom are smaller than we’re used to. We had twin beds that we combined to a king bed and it fit us comfortably. The hotel has a FREE laundry room that was an added and appreciated bonus and a quiet room where you can indulge in FREE coffee, tea, and hot chocolate whenever you want. We tried the morning breakfast (cost about 28 british pounds per person) which was not bad. Overall grade: 👍

Very dated rooms and property. Somewhat maintained but could use more detailed cleaning and repair on items that are worn down. The bathroom before you check in at the club level is inconvenient and tiny. Should be revisited.

I chose room with queen bed and microwave. Expected it to be very small but it had pull out sofa, mini refrigerator, plates, utensils, a desk/table and Coffee maker but that wasn't necessary because hotel has a lounge open 24 hrs with a Miele coffee maker. Shower pressure was great with plenty of hot water. Location was down 3 buildings from trafalgar square. There is a Tesco store on corner. At end of street in other direction is subway station and a walkable bridge over the Thames. Cabaret at the Kit Kat is on that corner too. Walked to Westminster Abby, Buckingham Palace, King's Guard Horses and Fortnam and Mason. Staff was very kind and attentive. I arrived early after overnight flight and was shown to private changing room with shower to freshen up until room was available. Definitely would stay there again.

This location is highly convenient for those wanting to explore London. It's an easy walk to the Charing Cross and Embankment tube stations, as well as nearby restaurants and theaters. The room we had was a little tired, but very clean. Overall a good stay!

I cannot reccomend this hotel enough. The location is perfect. Literally around the corner from the tube and water embankments. Walking distance to Big Ben, westminster abby, the london eye. There is a beautiful park across the street that runs along the river thames. Convient stores, coffee shops, pubs, all around. The staff were absolutely wonderful. I asked for help about 3 times besides checkout/in. Everytime I had a different person, everyone was friendly, cheerful and prompt. Amazing! The gym had everything you need to get your workout done. A good variety of equipment. I went at all times of the day, it was always clean and not busy. The lounge with coffee machine for guests was great and the filtered water system they have for the guests is also fantastic. No having to buy countless bottles at the shops. The laundry!!!! So happy they have this! Wash your own clothes, dont need to pay or buy detergent. When your on a 2 week trip with 1 suitcase for 2 people, yeah! So appreciative and thankful for the laundry. The room was a good size. Cleaning staff was very friendly and did an excellent job. My only comment here is that the bed in 427 was a bit uncomfortable, a bit too soft and very squeaky. We did eat at the pizza place attached to the hotel, it was very good. If we ever come thru london again, I will definetly book here!

The front entrance is beautiful, very beautiful decorated and kept clean. Thw rest of the main facilities are also great and cleanly kept. All is very secured and no random people can walk in. We left our luggage secured with them due to being too early for check in.
