The Grand is overpriced for the quality of the hotel room provided. We stayed in a Standard room and it was small and worn down. We stayed also at a nearby hotel for about the same price, and that hotel, Horseguard, was twice the size and was of higher quality. The staff service was also by far more superior. I’ll never stay at the Grand again.

Very convenient to the Thames, the sidings, shopping, theatre district, whitehall area, etc. Older hotel but clean and safe. Staff were helpful and courteous. The 24/7 coffee station was very nice touch.

Location, location, location! The hotel is a block from Trafalgar square and walkable to many of the key sites. It's walkable to shopping, restaurants, buses, the tube, hop on and hop off buses. The staff is very friendly and provided great suggestions to restaurants and sites to see. The hotel is very clean and has a washing machine at no charge for guests to use. I would definitely stay again at the hotel for my next trip to London.

The hotel is great and on a great location. The staff are friendly and professional. We had a wonderful stay for our first London trip. I wish the hotel has a microwave on the floor, similar as where the water is! Also the hotel is lack of a sitting area in the lobby.

Great hotel with very professional staff. There is a lounge with reusable water bottles, coffee and tea that you can access at any time - even if you are early for your check-in and waiting for your room. They also offered a room to change and shower when we were early for our check-in time.
