Location was fabulous. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast good. Down sides for me personally - the bed was very soft (that's just personal preference I know but not even a medium bed), and the pillows too big/high Also the shower has a shower curtain. Perfectly clean but just a bit outdated. Staff lovely and very polite. Luggage hold that we could use after we checked out which was very helpful.

First, it's a gorgeous structure, inside and out. in a perfect location for walking to many attractions, restaurants, theatres and historic neighborhoods. The breakfasts were great! I loved my immaculate, well appointed room which gave me a view of the lively square. Excellent noise control, walk in shower and a comfortable bed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the facilities were good. The only real downside to our visit really was the fire alarm going off at 3am. This was obviously something the hotel could not control however the communication with all the guests waiting on the pavement was non existent.

Older hotel, but made up with it from the friendly staff, comfy bed, fluffy pillows, storage space, free water/bottles, and toiletries. Plus, the location was incredibly ideal for our trip because major busses stop out front and it's near 2 tube stations and Trafalgar Square and the Jubilee Bridge. Will definitely stay again if we return!
