Disappointed that hotel would not provide credit as a Hilton Honors member because I booked via Orbitz. Staff stated that I had to book directly through Hilton to receive credit as a Hilton Honors member. A coworker said that she booked via Expedia and received Hilton Honors credit. For future trips I may use Expedia because you will receive Hilton Honors reward credit.

I enjoyed my trip to London and staying here made my trip a lot easier & comfortable.

Location was excellent adjacent to Victoria Station. Nearby restaurants and taxi available. Negatives might be poor wifi and undersized elevator. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A great 2 nights. Very clean and close to Victoria Station. The staff was wonderful!

We had a wonderful thanksgiving me in London. The hotel was perfect!

Clean room, helpful staff, quiet room even though close to station.

Hotel was in a great location, and enjoyed my stay.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet, excellent breakfast.

Great location near Victoria Station. Plenty of shopping restaurants and pubs. Comfortable hotel.

This is probably the 10th time I'm staying in this hotel, I've been a frequent here since it was Hesperia. It never disappoints!

Convenience, comfort, nice staff, walking distance to the palace!!

Comfortable, clean, and close to everything. Right next to Victoria station and 10 minute walk to the palace. The staff was friendly and rooms neat.

I chose this hotel for the location which was great, right next to Victoria Station. Unfortunately, there was construction at the hotel which wasn't listed on the hotel website or through this website. As a result of the construction, the lobby was closed so we had to enter the hotel through the restaurant with all our luggage. The other reason I chose this hotel was because it had a gym but it was closed due to the construction. We had temperature issues in our room and the hotel staff was not helpful at all and gave us four different stories each time we called. Finally we went down to reception and made a big enough stink that they gave us a new room which was supposed to be an upgrade, but it was the same room just a few doors down. I stayed at a Hesperia in Madrid which was great so this was a disappointment given the construction, unhelpful staff and temperature issues in our room.

The Hesperia Hotel is perfectly located next to the Victoria Rail and Underground Stations. The hotel and rooms were very clean and modern. The only disappointment was the weak wifi signal strengthin our room.

Very nice business hotel directly across the street from Victoria station and just a few blocks walk to Buckingham Palace. Also within 1 block of West End theatre playing "Wicked". Extremely comfortable king bed, large bathroom and free Wifi. It was a really nice way to end a long trip.

I enjoyed the hotel and having complimentary internet was a great bonus. The hotel was centrally located and the rooms quite spacious.

We were traveling London at stayed for 4 nights at the hotel. It was clean and very close to the underground and Victoria station. It had wireless network in the rooms but the signal was very low. The shower was disappointing – weak stream. Overall it was OK, nothing more then that.

Any and all questions I had were answered quickly and politely. Staff was extremely helpful with directions and acquiring transportation.

The room was a decent size. It had everything we needed.

We have stayed at this hotel previously, and felt that it had not maintained its previous level of housekeeping, (i.e the bed linens were not changed as often as they should have been, wash cloths were not provided except by repeated requests, etc.) In addition, there is construction going on at Victoria Station just across the street that creates new noise problems (obviously not the hotel's fault). The rooms have been remodelled-- not for the better.
