The room was great, I really liked that I was able to do early check in. The hotel was very central and very close to a big train station. The only downside was there wasn’t a fridge in our room and the hotel did not have a microwave to warm up something. Overall will still recommend this hotel for anyone coming to visit London! Staff was great and friendly.

The is more room in a phone booth than in the room. Basement location and no window!!!!!!!!!!! No water, tea or coffee in room. Bed uncomfortable. Ben linen and bathroom very nice. Way too expensive for this shoebox. Read the small print / I never saw in the description, but it had no window!!! You can do better.
