Very clean, modern, central. Would stay again.

Beware of this place. Probably not the safest hotel. The hotel maid stole my daughter’s jewelry. Multiple people were robbed that weekend. Police reports were filed. The hotel manager acknowledged the theft. However, after two months the hotel has not done the right thing and compensated the victim.

Very nice, modern and clean but extremely small.

I’ve stayed at this location many times before, and have loved it. This time I wasn’t as pleased. I always pay extra for a window because I have some claustrophobia. I got a window but it was not a see-thru window, which is the same as not having a window at all. If guests are paying extra for a window they can’t even see thru then this should be told to them during booking. I love the convenience of this location, but this has soured my experience with them and not sure I’d stay here again.

Simple hotel in good location. toiletries and linens are minimal, and they don't provide housekeeping every day. Had issues with smoke alarm malfunctioning.

I would definitely stay at the Point A Hotel Liverpool Street Hotel again & highly recommend it. I stayed here for 28 nights in August 2022. It was the most enjoyable experience. I stayed in a lower level room without windows. I am a woman traveling alone. I felt completely safe in the hotel & walking at night in the neighborhood. The location is wonderful. It’s a short walk to the Liverpool St Station with several underground lines as well as trains. The hotel is right off the main street on a quiet street. There are multiple bus routes nearby. Other underground stations are a 15 minute walk. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, as well as the Spitalfields Market. The rooms are surprisingly quiet. Based on other reviews, the room was a little larger than I expected, but certainly compact. The bathroom was a decent size too. My room & the entire hotel appeared impeccably clean. They do offer housekeeping. They come in every day to change the towels & empty the trash. They change the bed every 3 days. The room was reasonably priced. They offer luggage service. Everything in my room worked perfectly, including the AC, WiFi & casting to the TV from my phone. The room has a Safe & lots of electrical outlets. The Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. I had great water pressure & hot water every day. They offer complimentary combo liquid soap/shampoo. The room was updated & modern.

Good location, safe and comfortable.

This property is just what we were looking for. Its location is less than a 10 min walk to Liverpool Station. Spitalfields Market, Costa, Tesco, and M&S are basically across the street making it easy to grab any small bits you need. You can’t beat the location with plenty of food options in walking distance. We originally had a room that was close to some neighbouring construction. When we asked the mgr for a different room due to staying 10 nights and not being able to sleep through the noise he was happy to oblige and made light jokes to help me feel less guilty about asking for a new room. If it were 1-2 nights the construction wouldn’t have been an issue, but we appreciated being moved for such a long stay. There’s quite a few comments about the room not having a kettle for tea. This room is very basic, but if you’re in the middle of LDN are you really in your room the whole time? The hotel has 24/7 coffee and tea so not sure why you’d need a kettle. The room did have a safe, that we put our electronics in. We picked a room with a window, and for us it was worth the few extra £. It can get quite stuffy after a shower and we loved having the window open. Also, as the room doesn’t have a fridge I used the (big) windowsill as my fridge overnight. Granted we visited late March when it was still chilly, but we were able to store water, fruit, and random snacks cool on the windowsill. I will definitely stay at this location again.

I'm sorry that your stay wasn't up to standard. We have both types of rooms both clear and frosted windows. The frosted ones are mainly that way for privacy matters as the building opposite that window would be able to see through it otherwise. If a room isn't to your liking and depending on if we have other rooms, you can request to change it before using anything.
