Delta was beyond accommodating a last minute change. Orbitz was horrible and tried to gouge is. I have used orbitz in the past but this experience has turned me off. To boot o bought the insurance and Orbitz said doesn’t matter I would have to buy new tickets for $600 one way! Delta accommodated is at no extra charge and with a very pleasant customer service rep.

The stewardess with straight blonde _brown hair had a chip on her shoulder but the rest of the staff was great. Especially the one with gray hair in a bun on the side. She was very nice.
