Our flight attendant going to Montreal was great . We had a small dog onboard who was scared .She came to the rescue . Thank you .
Air Canada lost our skis for a day. Had to rent. Really annoying.
Hoped we would get a hot drink on the second connecting flight, but we just had a cup of water. Oh, well.
I was not able to put my carry on baggage in the overhead even though there was room and I had to check my bag and it arrived broken at the airport.
Crew was very helpful. When baggage compartment was full, he moved his bag over and put mine in the crew's compartment.
Got 2 upgrades on this flight!!
FA service was exceptional. Thank you.
Free bags is amazing!!!
