Boarding was not announced at the gate. I just happened to see people boarding when I glanced over. Delta is the least of the major American carriers when it comes to customer service and comfort.

Old plane. Intense landing

Dec 31, 2019

The only thing I had a problem with was the price of all the food options on the departure area - everything was ridiculously expensive! I eventually settled on. Smoked salmon bagel for $15 and the bagel was stale! Not a great experience there, once I was on the plane everything was fine.
