1st time flying with sun country, not a good impression
We had to board and unboard, and then go back to the gate again because of incorrect paperwork. This caused a 4 hour delay for our flight. Instead of 8 pm we landed at midnight.
Cancelled flight. Had to wait 2 days to book another flight out when they had one available the next day. Very hard to understand their customer service agents. Talked to 2 of them. Talked to a 3rd one but was hung up on.
They should give complimentary snacks and soda. Our flight was overbook so got horrible seats and my 3 hour flight was boring with no entertainment! Not worth the money to fly Spirit!
Never accept seat 41 F as it's noisy, dark, small, and not fit for people.
I don't understand why Spirits denied my request for emotional support animal. Only there letter is not was in Spirits template letter. (That is totally ridiculous). 1. There letter is was issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs and other from Department of the Air Force. (Both government agency) indicating my condition and the reason for have animal support. 2. I provide copy of European dog passports (is certified by veterinary validate passport number and still valid up to Sep 2020) and copy of the vaccinations record, showing the rabies vaccine is current up to Sep 2020. (Traveling between the state in US. The only requirement is to have rabies vaccination) I am totally disappointed of Spirits Emotional Support Service.
The Frontier Airline methodology of hidden fees for seats, and carry on baggage are outrageous
It was late. Poorly organized. Bad/incorrect/non-existent information from staff, app, and email. Also, a Swiss Mountain Dog was allowed on the plane they spent 30 minutes then removing the dog.
just overall displeasure starting from entry to spirit air with fees and no help with 2 persons with disabilities
