The stairs going to second floor is exposed to raining, we could walk well to go upstairs. One of my family members fell down. Very noisy! Dirty out side.

Front office staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean looking. Got up in middle of night to use bathroom and 3 cockroaches scattered across floor when I turned the light on.

when we walked in the receptionist was very nice she looked at us asked if we needed a handicap room(I am a large lady) we said no... she told us our room and when we walked into it the room it stunk looked dirty and was not updated. I went back up I told her she apologized I asked about the handicap room she said it only had one bed! And other rooms were up a flight of steps. My husband has MS hard time walking wasn’t going to have us carry our luggage up the steps. So we did stay in the room.

Nothing unique. Despite calling & explaining that my flight was delayed & I wouldn't arrive until around 3 am, my reservation was cancelled & had to pay more than previous amt. for a room.

It's OK, the first room I got it's not cold at all

It was walking distance to multiple eateries, offering a variety of fair.

Nearly missed our shuttle to the airport for a 7:30 a.m. flight because we did not get the 5:00 a.m. wakeup call we were assured we would receive. Fortunately, we woke up in time to catch the 5:45 shuttle. When asking the desk clerk why we had not received the wakeup call, her response was "That system is old. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Don't you have a cell phone? Why didn't you just set an alarm on that?" Other issues: Air conditioning was very week (we though it would get better, but it didn't, and didn't want that hassle of changing rooms at 2 in the morning), room clock was slow by almost 15 minutes, and the mattresses were worn out. No elevator. Everything generally looked pretty old. After sending an email to the manager make him aware of this experience, I did receive a voicemail from him, but no email response. We are now playing phone tag.

It is a very nice property & booking the airport shuttle was easy. Close to Starbucks, Olive Garden & other restaurants.

Airplane noise but otherwise great. Breakfast was goos
