The hotel was clean and I loved the fact that they had a full kitchen.

Great experience. The only issue I had was that even though I called front desk and request sheets be changed. The only thing they did was the bed. No change of sheets and towels are super rough. Other than that I still would stay here.

Ants in room air not working shower no pressure n tv fuzzy hotel staff very rude

The patio area outside the door was all rotten plywood, very unpleasing tot he eye. The way the room was situated was unique. I was to have had a queen size bed, plus a sleeper sofa. I received 2 chairs instead of a sofa. So, my room was to have slept 4, but really only one. The tv was located by the front door, and the bed was all the way on the other side of the room. I wear glasses, so when I went to lay down in bed I had to continue to wear my glasses. Very inconvenient. Other than the breakfast buffet being a little lackluster, only eggs, no bacon or sausage. Very limited in items.

Had the best stay here it's nice quiet and ducked off. I didn't want to leave I love the laundrymat and free breakfast

Great stay experience, we enjoyed breakfast and swimming pool. Location is great, convenience. Friendly faculty.

The location of the hotel was nice and also convenient to the airport. When checking in, the staff was not able to answer questions about the hours of the pool or about how to best get to the airport as the shuttle does not run 24 hours a day. When getting to the room, some other family had just been moved into the room assigned to us, so had to go back to the office and get a different room.

Hidden rooms not big at all price could be cheaper rooms could be bigger seems like you threw it up just to have money rolling in whoever decided to build the hotel didn't think clearly about the guests they only thought about their pockets

The room was cozy, however it had an old carpet odor. You can't buy from their kitchen and eat in your room, you have to eat it their, which was a major turn off.

A little dated but nice! The rooms were clean and we had a nice view. They were overbooked but we just barely made it.

the knowledgeable staff answered all questions and provided needed information.

the only thing I didn't like was the hotel charged the debit card I used to hold the room without permission. I only used that card to hold the room and I was going to pay when I got there, but they had already taken the money off that card

There was a pillow that had blood on it . The AC didn't work . The bathroom towels had some cream thing on it , the hole experience was nasty wish I can get a refund

I enjoyed the view staff was friendly would book my next trip

Rooms were spacious and clean. The social hour was a nice touch and breakfast wasn't bad at all.
