Great For Families, Kitchen Wasn’t Clean But Not Horrible.. Everything Else Was Fine, Getting A Shuttle Is Horrible Though Just Uber It’s Easier

Was left under kitchen sink from previous customer, blanket was very old, holy and rough

Cons: Not exactly as it was represented in pictures or descriptions; only certain rooms are actually waterfront. Swimming pool is postage stamp size. Beds in our Double Suite Studio were only full sized despite saying 'sleeps 4'. Daily breakfasts left a lot to be desired, especially if looking for protein. Pros: Emailed Chase prior to visiting with questions & they got back to me right away. Nate at the front desk was awesome! Informed us of the bed size issue as soon as we walked in & jumped on our request for a roll away bed. He was personable & professional. Every front desk person friendly & knowledgeable. Housekeeping kept the place clean. Evening social hour pleasant perk. Pretty well located, able to walk the busy causeway to a small public beach, restaurant. Shuttle is great, taking you within a 5 mile radius. Good parking available. Solid choice for a no frills place to stay.

This is not a good choice. Needs to be upgraded. My air was broke & I was told nothing they can do about it. Parking is also horrible. Please dont choose this place

Property seems older, but was clean and kept up. Paperwork at check-in was a bit much and desk clerk could have been friendlier. A/C would not go below 69 degrees which was a negative. Breakfast was not the greatest. We skipped and ate elsewhere.

This hotel desperately needs renovating. The rooms are spacious, but the furniture is very old. The lobby has a musty smell and the staff member who checked us in was not very friendly.

We booked a room for one night before our flight back home. The room we were given in building 11 was deplorable. It had a horrible odor, stained curtains, stained sheets, worn out furniture and forget the bathroom. The steps leading up to the room were even rusty and treacherous. We went back to the desk and they gave us an updated room. Not very updated but at least it was somewhat livable. I did not sleep the entire night and could not wait to get up and check out.

Make sure you tip the shuttle drivers still cheaper than uber within 5 miles very convenient

It is an average hotel. It is old and you can tell. Nice location. Toilet flushes very slow. For the price, I could probably get a much better room.

Nice hotel. Away from the road and clean however the air conditioning outside was very close to the bed and it kept us both up all night. Perhaps it would better on the 2nd floor!

Internally its an older hotel but the rooms have a couch , kitchen, living room comfortable bed and large bathroom. Its 8 minutes from the airport......and about the same to restaurants etc. It was a nice stay and the staff were very nice.

Front desk (AJ) did a great job. Room was clean and spacious. The price was right and the location was close to the Tampa airport. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Great value.

We loved this hotel! We needed a place to sleep before a very early flight, and this hotel was perfect. We reserved a room with 2 king beds for our family of four and were delighted to find that the second bed was UPSTAIRS and had its own bathroom!

Great place for an inexpensive overnight . Staff are friendly and efficient.

Great location. Close to Clearwater, St Petersburg and downtown Tampa. Love sitting by the pool after going to the beach. Continental breakfast was ok. They could use some new things for breakfast like yogurt. I would stay there again.

I have stayed at this establishment 5 times total including this trip. I think it is a great value for the money. However, the one thing they need to change is the pillows. If you can fold the pillows in half and they stay that way when you are not touching them then it is time to change them out. That has been the case every time I have stayed. Obviously, it’s not enough to make me not stay there again but it it kind of disappointing.

Pasamos un tiempo muy agradable. El lugar muy acogedor que invita a regresar.

We needed a place for 3 adults and 2 children close to the airport. Although not the most updated, the place is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was ok.

Place is simply run down...if you need anything be prepared to drive to go get it. Hotel offers no food or mini store to buy small items. Only one restaurant within walking distance.

The hotel was clean and I loved the fact that they had a full kitchen.
