It was perfect. Location was great to everything and you had everything you needed!

Would’ve given a better review if the hotel accommodated my medical needs. I needed a first floor room due to a heart condition and was willing to wait for one to be cleaned. Front desk said there were zero available, but had a second floor. When I got to the room, there were too many stairs. I also booked a queen suite, and only got a double bed. I requested no carpet, but had carpet. I could barely breathe while in the room and don’t even have allergies. Shocked they would allow a pet in a room with carpet. Simply was not comfortable. Any cloth covered furnishings were filthy and never gave a first thought to sit on them. The tub was so tiny, and the grab bar too low for use due to medical needs. Disappointed the heated pool was closed. The location was excellent, and hot breakfast was nice. Liked they allowed my cat. Bottom line, I should’ve went to another hotel the second they could not accommodate my medical needs. I never stayed in a hotel that couldn’t. It really ruined my vacation and was a waste of money. If you don’t have any disabling needs or allergies, I would recommend. Otherwise, go to another hotel.

Great stay! Susan at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and though it was a weekend getaway the place was set up for us to stay longer. We will be back for sure!!!

There was nothing I didn’t like. And when I come back to visit I’ll be staying there again

Room was disgusting - old, dirty, bedding thin with no extra pillows or blankets even when you ask for them. Shower was disgusting with cob webs in the bathroom. Thank goodness only there for 8 hours. Would have left but it was late and had to get up early else we would not have stayed. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. Either the rooms need updating or the pictures so guests really know what it’s like.

Phone didn’t work. They then banged on the door at 8am to ask to fix it. They touted a free breakfast which was one pan of luke- warm hash browns. Just a bad experience all the way around

Please beware, place is filled with roaches!! Stay somewhere else!

I did not like they charged 50 deposit on top of the regular charges and still have not refunded back ! The rooms are extremely old . Outlets didn’t work , hair dryer, ice maker . Staff was very nice but that is all they got going for them .

Clean, condo type hotel. Walking distance to Bahama Breeze restaurant and close to Tampa airport.

The Chase Suiite Hotel looked nothing like the online photos. There were ants crawling on the walls and the floors were sticky and covered in dirt.

Thank you for your review. I am happy to see you enjoyed several of our amenities. Next time, watch the water by the dock area. We have been seeing dolphins swimming out near the dock.

I am sorry to hear this about your stay. We make every attempt to comply with a guest's needs such as a ground floor, handicap, or pet room when it is notated or requested on the reservation. Our staff member still checked you into a queen suite regardless of the pet since we didn't have any pet rooms available. Unfortunately, if we are not informed until the check in process, it is often too late because the rooms are already occupied. We check reservations days ahead to insure the guests get the room they need. We will investigate the cleanliness issues you mentioned.
