rooms were dated, ac unit wasn't sufficient for room size. Night Front desk man was great. Breakfast was pretty bad considering you had to pay $11 for it. I'll stay at the HIE next time we go to Moffit for treatment.

We were evacuating from a possible direct hit from a hurricane so we came with a lot of stuff and my small dog. The room served its purpose but I was disappointed with the conditions of the room. It was dirty. We arrived very late and had already unloaded everything before I noticed how dirty it was, otherwise I would have requested another room. The pullout couch was undone, and there was 2 small pieces of lizard poop and pee on them, so we requested clean sheets. The kids were walking on the floor without socks and the bottoms of their feet were black within 30 minutes. The surfaces looked as if they weren’t clean, and the room looked old. Bathroom door could barely open without hitting the shower, and had pieces of the wood scratched off at the bottom. It wasn’t just our room- when riding in the elevator, there was garbage and hair and stuff on the floor.

For the great price, this was a nice place to stay and the breakfast in the morning was very good.

It was super close to USF & Busch Gardens. There all sorts of food options and a mall within 1.5 miles.

Great location, nice place perfect for families visiting the college or Busch Gardens

I liked the fact the hotel room looked exactly like the pictures and was clean, but we were forced to check in almost 2 hours late due to room not being ready. Room key did not work, due to a bad storm knocking out the power system so we had to have someone walk us up to our room to let us in EVERY time we had to get in. It wasn’t the worst but it was just an inconvenience and the only thing good about the breakfast was the yogurt.

Check in was great, the young man was very nice and tge room smelled and was so nice and clean!! I would surely recommend!!

The sheets on the bed had stains and when they came to change the sheets the new sheets had stains on them. I really feel the laundry has to be very poorly cleaned. This is a health issue

All good, no problems at all. Check in was a little confusing but got sorted out right away.

Quiet, clean, and the breakfast was very good. Has free shuttles to parks. Would stay again

We waited awhile to check in, the front desk was polite but also took and extra charge for parking (orbitz said free). The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area had no towels, just an empty cabinet. Checkout was a breeze but we found it odd that they had every chair flipped upside down during such a high traffic time and not during the night. We would have spent money on the coffee there but no one was actually working, they were just standing in the lobby having a shift-meeting. I would stay again if I had to or if it was dirt cheap but it is more likely we will choose other accommodations next time.

It was located a nice area there are plenty of good restaurants nearby and access to 275 which make for a quick trip to theAmalie arena.

False advertising. Old smelly carpet and hotel. They tried to camouflage the smell with over spraying air fresheners.
