Worst customer service ever! I reserved a king bed room at a high story floor for two nights. First, they placed me in room with two queen beds room on a high floor. So I had to go back down and ask for the room I reserved. The receptionist relocated us to a room with a king bed but this was on a lower floor but I was ok with this. When entering the room however, the room was less than desirable. Small things like the exhaust fan in the bathroom and some lights were not working. A minor annoyance but I was okay with this. Second, today after returning back to my room exhausted, I notice that the room was not cleaned at all. No clean towels, no bed made, nothing. I went downstairs to ask the receptionist if they clean the rooms daily and she said yes. I thought maybe because of the room change they didn’t know this room was occupied. Before I can even ask the receptionist if the room can be clean as soon as possible, another woman who works there interrupted and told us that “The rooms will be cleaned soon” very aggressive and frankly rude. Telling me that “Well, I’m glad you know that now” I returned well after 5PM. I’m exhausted. I just want to rest in my room. And I definitely didn’t need the attitude from the staff here. bottom line, I am never getting a room from any Hyatt hotel ever again!

I would like to thank Amber and the entire staff for the amazing Customer Service. I booked a two night stay for my son and contacted Amber who took care of everything I needed to make his stay flawless. I was granted all of my "wishes". Thank you again for the great Customer Service!!

The FOH staff was amazing. Location great. But...... the room was dirty, especially the carpets. They stunk and were dirty because our feet would get black within an hour or so. FYI. Myself played a lot on floor because I have twin girls lol. And, the food was no good. The menu looks and sounds amazing but the quality and the way it way prepared was horrible. Thank you for your time. Hope you improve this location because it worth it. Andrew Candelaria

The room was pretty nice. The free breakfast was ok, nothing special.

The first room we were in was right next to the staff service entrance. The door was spring activated so the staff would just let the door slam. The slamming of the door started at 4 am and did not end until 10 pm. . Each time the door was slammed it shook the walls of our room. The couch in the room had what looked like pet stains on the cushions We then requested a different room and was give a room that smelt like a old Western tavern. The carpets had stains throughout the room. We had to buy air fresheners to place in different areas of the room. The buffet most of the time there were either no bowls or plates. When other guest inquired about the bowls and plates, they were told they would have to wait because they were in the dishwasher. No towels in the exercise room nor the pool. I would have to say that this was the worst 6 days we ever spent at hotel. If this is the Hiatt's idea of bottom of the barrel for their brand, then they have achieved it.

Staff members were very nice, breakfast was good, and location was great. We went Busch Gardens and Adventure Island and we were very close. The reviews that say its gehtto, it's not a luxurious hotel but its very conviente and comfortable.

Staff was pleasant. Sofa bed was not very comfortable. Pool was very warm for summertime.

We were so impressed with this hotel. It was clean, the staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the rooms were fantastic. They were fully remodeled, had a separate sitting area with a sectional couch, a small table to eat at, a kitchen area with a mini-fridge, sink and coffee maker and the bed was comfy. I loved that there was a very large area over the sink near the bathroom then a second large mirror over the minibar area (both with outlets)- perfect if you have 2 or 3 people (especially women/girls) trying to get ready in the morning!! Oh, and it is June in Florida and when we walked into the room, the AC was on and it was already cooled off, which was SOOO nice!! Overall, loved this hotel and plan to stay there every time we come back to Tampa!!

I went for a wedding down in Tampa stay there for four nights. The trip was pretty amazing. Very memorable. I would definitely go to Tampa and stay there again

Staff really nice. Room full of smoke, had to change rooms with kids and all the bags. Lots of people parking full all the time. Room is big and nice layout. Location convenient , breakfast is good a true 3 star hotel. Good for short stay.

Comfortable and clean. Good breakfast and friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again.

Lots of road noise and noise from other rooms. Room was clean when we arrived and cleaned again the first day. Second day literally only half the room was cleaned like someone left in the middle of the job. Third day room wasn't cleaned at all. We requested housekeeping at 5pm and a minimal job was done.

Nice, clean hotel. Bed and couch are both comfortable. Good selection at the complimentary breakfast. The only con I have for this hotel is it is right next to train tracks. Two trains did wake us up in the early morning hours.

Location is close to Busch Gardens, shuttle was very convenient. Hotel's breakfast was great. My only problem was the room smelled a little old. My allergies bothered me the whole weekend due to the moldy smell.

We had a wonderful stay. Busch Gardens was and the other attractions was in the same area. The customer service was great and very friendly to us. Room service was awesome as well. The room was very clean to where we asked what was the scent being used. This was not our 1st visit at the Hyatt. We always enjoy our stay. We will return and always recommend.

The staff is extremely nice and are a pleasure to deal with. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym and pool were well cared for. The hot breakfast was much better than many of the other places we have stayed in the area. The tiny bakery is a wonderful surprise.

Our granddaughter was graduating and it was close to the Sun Dome at USF. the bed was comfy and the room meet all my needs except one a microwave.

We switched to this hotel at the last minute. What a great decision. Staff was great, shuttle service was prompt and so helpful, and room was modern and comfy. The only downfall was the food we ordered for appetizer. Not really good. Everything else was great. The breafast was really good every morning.

Very nice room. Good price and location. Will stay again
